Why does Silva have an obssession for Calvert-Lewin and why doesn't Lookman get more of a chance? Lookman is someone who actually creates chances, CL is only good for dodgy penalties.

Not sure this disgusting bastard has the nouse to get a result against these like the disgusting bastard last weekend
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Has Silva gone for the draw loss?  Looks like they'll try sitting back with that team selection.

They have Andre Gomes, the Barcelona graduate who's a hybrid of Xavi and Iniesta and who dominated us at Anfield, so yeah, I expect them to win comfortably too.

Bit blustery out there. Gomes will be whippin Piccadilly with some of his overhit set pieces.

He really should be called Gomez.

City will give Everton a pasting. The type of bounce-back that is expected of the champions. This will probably be made easier by Evertons unconscious lack of desire to win.

Reckon it will 3 or 4 - 1. If City lose more than one more time this season I'll be surprised.

Actually, Everton are in better form the Man City, having picked up more points over the last one game.

Well they managed to lose last week. Whose to say they won't again, or are you saying we haven't got a chance of beating them either?

I never said they won't lose again, nor did I imply that we wouldn't beat them. I said if they lose more than one more time again this season I'll be surprised?

They don't lose many games and they rarely lose at home. Its not outrageous to suggest they may only lose a couple of games in the whole league season. Infact they only lost twice last season in the league.

Last season is irrelevant though, this time last season they had already won the title. This season they cannot shake us off their back, as long as we are with them pressuring them, this season is entirely different to last season. City played with little or no pressure last season, this season they won't have that advantage. Let's just see how the season pans out, it's just easy sometimes to convince yourself there is little chance.

Good effort Calvert Lewin but just offside.

How many Fernandinho fouls without being booked is everyone going for in the sweep?

Pardon my ignorance - is there an offside when a player is ahead of last defender just with a part of his body? Good chance for Everton.
