Check that they have downloaded the NFC pass to their phone before forwarding

Question:
I want to transfer my season ticket to someone as I’m on holiday
I understand they’ve previously paid for a membership in a prior season but not this current season
Assume therefore they have a member number .
My q is whether lapsed membership are in effect general Admission accounts or UK do I have to get her to create a new GA pass, link myself to that and then transfer it there ?

Distribute is available for 13+ members but not ST holders.

If they have a membership account that is still accessible, even though the membership is lapsed, they can go into the account and download General Admission pass. Then if not already on your F+F list they can add you (or as ST holder you should be able to add them at your end) and then you can transfer ticket to them.
