He said Mo is not ready for tomorrow at the end of the video, next week maybe.

go to 14:20 in the vid Duvva.
👍 be a massive boost if he’s available for next weekend. Hopefully with the few who may return this weekend we’ve enough to get the 3 points here.

Also thanks to Corkboy for the OP. I don’t remember quite that far back but I do recall him playing for Arsenal, Man Utd and Sheff We’d so some of his significance was lost on me at the time, not being aware of that early period of his career. Really interesting piece.

Nice one Corky. He wasn't the best black sportsman called 'Viv' at the time. But he was still a lovely footballer.

I never look forward to Forest. Looking at our experience there since Clough's days and beyond I can now see why. But if we get an early goal the home crowd could easily become restive. Gibbs-White's the one to watch. A very good player if you give him space.

Was chatting with a Nottingham fan last year, he was saying they have a real issue with the “out of town” support. Young men from the outlying villages of the  old mining areas, who still see the game as a chance to get stuck into the away fans. Lot of far right Brexit Engurland and racist types looking for trouble, with cocaine an issue too. They try to get seats next to the away end in order to goad them, and actually intimidate their own decent fans who dare to call them out.
The thing is all the Forest fans I’ve met are decent people. It seems that there is an element who heard from their dads and grandads about the aggro of the  “good old days of the 1970s” and are trying to recreate them.
Certainly seem to be an unpleasant section of their fanbase

Forest concede a lot of goals but how many are from corners and crosses? Their back four are all tall fellas. Any chance of another goal from our captain or Konate?

From our set pieces we'll need to be careful of their defenders running into our attackers coming in from 'offside' positions.

I just feel like until proven otherwise the group collective is so strong right now that it almost doesn't matter who we are putting out there, we will find a way to get it done. Well at least until we play ManC, then I'd like everyone to be healthy, but aside from that lets support the boys and expect the best. 15-25 minutes for Darwin and Dom would be nice as well!

They played a near full strength side against Utd in the FA Cup midweek and Utd had a lot of chances to score off set pieces and crosses into the box.  The eventual winning goal came from a Casemiro header in the box from a free kick IIRC but leading up to that there were a bunch of heading chances for others like McTominay and their CB's.

In my mind they'll sit back and defend for their lives and we need to be patient, give them nothing on the break and take one of those chances when it comes.

We'll need absolute concentration and near perfection from everyone on the field to get this done.

not anticipated at least for the next few weeks (possibly until after the international break).

don't think he was with the group at Wembley, so think there must be a chance he's in brazil

No reason to expect Endo or Robbo to be out. Both were due back in training today and are obviously fit - just depends on Robbo's health (think he was ill?) and Endo's injured foot

Mo def. ruled out. Robbo and Endo were expected for training today(what Jurgen said in his presser, before training session)

Robbo was ill in midweek

Endo and Robbo can probably feature from the start. You expect Nunez and, especially, Szobo to have limited number of minutes based on the amount of time they've been out.

Probably all of them except Alisson. ;D

Great news if Endo is available. I feared the worst after the final. If we have Nunez and Szob back as well then I'm even more confident. The young lads are great, but we can't afford to overplay them. Need senior players back asap.

Definitely mate, any win. We’ve got much harder aways coming up and the potential for dropped points is greater at Villa, Yernited, Everton and West Ham, regardless of who’s back from injury. Just win!

I’d be tempted to go Darwin from the start if he’s been medically cleared to play. Didnt seem to be a proper injury, more of a tightness thing which he’s had earlier in the season. I know it’s become our modus operandi to blow teams away in second halves, especially as they wear on, but some players may be leggy with this being the third game in six days. Darwin’s speed and energy could get the job done early and elevate the lads before any fatigue might catch up with them.

Same, go for the kill, get ahead and then bring him off.

I always think you’re less likely to push too hard when it’s nil nil than if we’re chasing the game etc.

Not sure Nunez or Dom will start going by the lack of training pics. We normally release them but haven’t done so recently.

Diaz and Gakpo up top with one other.

Mac in midfield with two others.

Back four should be sane as Final.

most of the times we have played them recently they have had a go. I think they will be encouraged by our injuries as well.

Think this will be tough but hopefully we can do enough. Not sure who is fit for this either. Could do with Nunez's pace for this. Would give Danns another crack as well.

Just need to get through games at the moment and hope we don't get any further injuries.

Great OP btw.

Crazy to think how bad things were for the likes of Viv to make a name for himself in the game as the thinking back then was how could you trust a lad like him to play at the highest level just because of the colour of his skin. It was a rare sight to see a black player even playing in the old First Division never mind been good enough to get a cap for England. Today's generation would be shocked to hear in the 70s most coaches thought the likes of Anderson were not bright enough to understand the tactics required to play at the highest level. Neanderthals were and are still walking this earth when you got that sort of racism floating about. Forest were some side back in the 70s n 80s with a mad genius managing them. When English sides truly dominated Europes top competition with players who all pretty much came from the UK and Ireland on a lot less wages that were getting paid in Spain and Italy. Great era for the game but embarrassing for some of the attitudes that were flowing through clubs and on the terraces. When you think many doubted Barnes had the skill set to play for us just shows you racism was rampant here too.
