we want more info on your ticket office, do they actual care about loyal fans and do they try to tell you you dont exist and/or have already got your tickets for a match (when you still have the stub in your hand) ??
Please tell us!
Ah yes! I see where you're going with this one now!
I'll admit that United's ticket office certainly needs a bit of work. Internatinal fans such as me are not accomodated. Since I don't live in England, I'm not completely sure how it all works, but I believe there's a credit system. If you go to a bunch of the games against lower sides, you're more likely to get tickets to the games vs. Arsenal, Liverpool, City, etc. It's to prevent the day tippers getting a ticket over the real supporters. Due to the massive waiting list for tickets for each game, the 'loyal' fans will get a ticket even to the games against lower sides. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
The problem I have with this system, is that a foreigner like me, who goes out of his way to see all of United's matches on TV, is not considered a loyal fan. When I visit England for the sole purpose of seeing a couple of United matches, I have to go to the touts.
I'm sure you're going to tell me how great Liverpool's ticket system is ... So you win! But the bright side for me is that I've heard that United are going to change their ticket system some time in the near future.
