Calm heads 2nd half and it’ll be fine. Jones and Elliott on will help.
100%
Those two always let us settle calmly on the ball.

Kloppo looked like he was pretty pissed off with some of those misses, because he knows like the rest of us do. A gentle word in the ear should sort it though, because this lot are here for the taking. If we can't take 3 points here today then we have no excuses. I can only think it's something to do with the history of the fixture.

Anyway, we're almost clicking, they are shite, another 1 or 2 should do it but I won't complain if it's 4 or 5 nil. Oh and I'd love to see Harvey get a run out, the amount of space he would have could be fun to watch.

Brilliant finish from Diaz and MacAllister is key in this, his use of the ball is sublime, always seems to know the exact area to play the ball in order to give his teammate the best chance to make something of the pass, reminds me of Trent in that respect

Elliott and Jones would be good subs to come on in this

I hope Elliot and Jones come on quite early, keeping hold of the ball and putting these under constant pressure and better chances will come.

As for Bradley's yellow. The ref played advantage and the rule (as far as I remember) is that a yellow cannot be given after an advantage is played....or am I mistaken?

I think that's only for decisions against Liverpool.

Also Fernandes literally screamed "Fuck Off" at the referee when he dived for a pen whilst offside.

Obviously not booked though 🙄

I know we won’t but we should put Harvey on now
The only threat to us is it’s 1-0 on 80 and they spawn something … go for the throat now

I never ever thought I'd be incredibly frustrated at half time at Old Trafford whilst holding a 1-0 lead and dominating.
I'm just worried i've seen seen this particular movie before.

Final ball has been crap. We’ve been good otherwise. Please score second goal soon, because they will get a chance at some point.

I know everyone is saying ‘with better finishing we’d be well ahead’ etc but I can’t think of many chances where I thought the player should have scored other than the Szoboszlai one he put wide.

I think the biggest problem is the final ball is always to slow or behind a player making the chance harder.

This exactly and possibly the Salah one too, Szoboszlai created.

Yes, they’re shit, but we need to make them pay.

They only need one shot or Fernandez dive to score

Jones on after 60 for me. His calm will help us in those crucial moments.

Definitely, Elliott makes very decisive contibutions and Jones is perfect for allowing us to maintain control in games

Endos been very good but we could still excel in this without him, especially on a yellow

Oh yes- Macca running riot.
He really is in absolute control of this entire game. Its because of him that we're so dominant.

Agree the final ball has not been quite right, a little behind or a little slow to give them chance to dive in front of it.
I think the wet pitch is slow which isn't helping.

Missing Jota this match especially.  I think Gakpo can finish if he gets a chance.  Would like to see Curtis on at 60 also.

Let's all just agree that MacAllister is playing some of the best midfield performances a Liverpool player has put in for years.

Just sublime.

It's less about the shots and more about the decision making. Better decisions and we'd be at least 2 up now.

This should of course be 3-0 to us, at least 2-0.
Man U have been beyond rubbish, let's put it to bed.

Special mention to the ref who is buying all Bruno's flopping around.
