United have more chance of winning the comp, want them out ASAP

Fishing aside ... ;)

PSG TEAM NEWS

Team to play Manchester United: Buffon, Kehrer, Thiago Silva, Kimpembe, Bernat, Marquinhos, Veratti, Alves, Draxler, Di Maria, Mbappe

MAN UTD TEAM NEWS

Team to play PSG: De Gea, Young, Bailly, Lindelof, Shaw, Pogba, Matic, Herrera, Lingard, Rashford, Martial

Of that Utd linup, who do you think would get into that PSG lineup? I'd say arguably De Gea and Pogba, and that's about it. And I mean that PSG lineup, without Neymar and Cavani.

I just hope they've learned their lesson against Barcelona a couple of years ago, and don't stop after they've scored four tonight. ;)

Martial and/or Rashford definitely get into that team. Dani Alves is certainly not a winger and arguably past it. I don't watch enough of PSG to know if Di Maria and Draxler would have a place over Rashford, but he has been in good form since OGS took over.

United winning this whole competition would have sounded outlandish a couple of months ago. Now, they do have the look of a side that could excel in a cup competition. I'm still not convinced the manager is the right long-term scenario, but at the minute they're somewhat reminiscent of Chelsea in 2012. In both cases an ex-player took the reins and turned the mood of the club around. There's far better teams in the competition of course, as there was with Chelsea, but I really want that positive feeling to evaporate as soon as possible.

Depends which PSG turns up tonight.

You’ve nothing to worry about - I backed them @40/1 when Mourinho was still in charge just to put the mockers on.

Ironically, Mourinho may well have sneaked a 1-0 or at least a 0-0 tonight. With Solskjaer, it'll be a repeat of the Tottenham game, only with better finishing from PSG.

Its laughable how they're trying to rewrite the season and building the United team up in the process. It would be a laugh seeing them get stuffed despite my dislike of PSG.

We’ll still finish in top four - and they won’t. You can quote me on this in May.

Can see the Mancs winning this game but would be a bit shocked if they kept a clean sheet. They probably need a 1 or 2-0 tonight but I'm going for 2-2.

Well my default position is to enjoy a manc beatdown immensely, but whatever works best with us delivering an even bigger beatdown next weekend and Ole getting the job on a 6 complicates things. Probably 0-0 is the best score to hope for but thats kinda boring.

Complicated, this business. It used to be so easy to hate this lot. Now youve got to be kind to be cruel (in the right measure).

Why are they booing Di Maria?  :o
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

I forgot Juan Bernat played for PSG, dont exactly see them a lot! For a club with so much dosh, they have made some odd signings. He was rather rubbish at Bayern.

I know, makes no sense though  ;D It was just a signing which didn’t quite work, he didn’t leave under a cloud or anything did he?
