Trent was unpressable. As was Curtis he looked the part.
Ibou bullied Steptoe. Thought we were in complete control. Wasteful in terms of the final pass, but very very efficient in midfield. Some of the passes Trent was pulling off were pure filth.
Madison was shite enough to impress Southgate.
Hopefully Evans retires and goes and manages a pub. The Shithouse Arms.

From the first goal onwards that's as comfortable as I've seen us.  Total control.  Jones and Fabinho barely lost the ball all game and broke up so many Leicester attacks.

Leicester showed early on that they do have a bit about them so might give Newcastle a game.  Their back five is dreadful though as soon as the midfield push on a bit.

Really pleased for Trent..he was getting a lot of stick a few months back, even from some of our own fans and I’m glad he is sticking it to them. I hope he tells Southgate to do one when he begs to have him back in the England fold too.

I’ve not always been sold on Curtis, but he is absolutely staking his claim to being a starter every game now, and having a decent run. I really hope his past injury record stays that way too. Him and Trent were joint MOTM for me tonight.

Dont think there's any chance of that unfortunately. After the first 10 minutes, they didn't lay a glove on us the entire rest of the game. And once they conceded after half an hour they were a shambles with their shape too. Easiest opposition we've had all season, including Rangers. They'll definitely lose in Newcastle - it's just a case of how much. These are definitely down.

Have that you Tory bastards. Gakpo, Trent and Curtis were brilliant retaining the ball and progressing us up the pitch. They were the standouts over some fantastic performances from the rest. That said, Fab was unreal. He was everywhere, keeping it nice and simple, dancing round challenges and anticipating their passes like we know he can. He was tremendous.

Can anyone explain what Jota did to give away that foul when he wiggled his way through the box? Apart from wearing a red shirt that is.
