Trust me, Sparta fans are in the same position. But the demand will be so high that I think it will still be a full stadium (20k). You'll have one group getting comp tickets through connections who will sit quietly in their chairs, another group of Czech LFC fans who will pay that much for a ticket, and then a third group looking to make a quick buck by selling tickets and hotels at a markup(see above). Most Sparta fans were put off by the price, and everyone is still on the fence if they'll pay that much or head to the pub. At 75p a pint, that's a lot of pints...

It can go for all members if there's no enough interests like several times before. The only "problem" is that Prague is an extremely nice city and a worth to visit and ale on the cheap. I can't wait. Ahh, and Kenny's first ever European game*. Historical.

It depends on the amount of tickets.

Booked in the golfyacht Prague something a bit different, first euro away of the season and we have agreed were guna swerve the game if the tickets are £70, use the money for a brass instead

Just found out the low cost airline Smart Wings (6hrs 30 mins) now fly direct twice a week from Dubai - Prague.

Out Wednesday evening 7-15pm arrive Prague 11pm then fly back Sunday morning 9am arrive back Dubai 6pm, Price is 301 quid return, looks like I will take this one, the other option is via Kiev @ the same price but have to transit for 4 hrs.

Hope the tickets are on sale this week and lets hope there not 70 quid as mentioned.

Phil, Paco, Wayne and Dean nice to have had a beer with you all when i was in the UK for the last 4 x games. (pity we never won one)

they were the hardest part had to get an a3 copy of 1 and then put it under the white materail draw round it
cuting it out then puting it in right place was the hardest part mate
get to prague on the monday so will b takin it out with me all week haha

Just over 3 weeks till the game now our TO need to get a move on.. £50 and below I will get one if not they can fuck off robbing twats/

According to their website Sparta have sold their 2400 allocation for Anfield already but some fans are complaining on their forum that they were only given 5% of the stadium ( which is in UEFA rules ) and yet Sparta have already given Liverpool 10% of their capacity, 2000 tickets.

So about time that we got some info. I'd say......

good news if its 2,000 tickets Gary,means everyone will get sorted,wayne rang up for home tickets this morning,was told they had recieved the away allocation so hopefully an announcement shortly...

The LFC Ticket office has released the following information regarding their Europa League Away game against Sparta Prague on Thursday 17th February 2011:

UEFA Europa League

AC Sparta Praha v Liverpool

To be played at GENERALI ARENA, PRAGUE

On Thursday 17th February 2011

Kick Off 9.05pm (CET)

Liverpool Football Club will be receiving an allocation of 955 tickets for this ALL TICKET fixture priced at £54.00 each.

Supporters can book via our Official Travel Partner Thomas Cook who are operating a daytrip from Manchester Airport to Prague, including transfers £229 per person excluding match ticket cost here or phone 0870 752 0924 for more details.

Selling Arrangements

Tickets will initially be allocated to Season Ticket holders, Corporate Members and Members/Fan Card holders wishing to travel independently who attended 2 of the previous group stage away matches:

Utrecht Away (30/09/10), Napoli (21/10/10), Steaua Bucuresti (02/12/10).

These tickets will be available from Thursday 27th January

Tickets will then be available to all Season Ticket holders, Corporate Members and Members/Fan Card holders wishing to travel independently who attended 1 of the previous group stage away matches:

These tickets will be available from Monday 31st January.

A further announcement will be made in the event of any tickets remaining following the initial sale.

Telephone Sale

Ticketswill be available on 0843 170 5555 (Overseas (0044) 151 9079399). Disabled enquiries can also be made on this number. Bookings will require all Fan Card numbers to be provided and the applicant's name and address to be confirmed. Tickets can either be collected from the Anfield Ticket Office or posted out Special Delivery at a charge of £5.65.

Window Sale

Supporters must present Fan Cards when applying at the Ticket Office.

Please Note: Supporters can purchase one ticket per qualifying Fan Card.

Supporters can purchase tickets for up to a maximum of FOUR qualifying Fan Cards at the Ticket Office window and on the telephones.

Please Note: There will be no duplicates tickets available for this fixture.

Monday - Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm

Saturday 9.15am - 1pm

Telephone booking lines will open at 8.15am until 5.30pm only for sales for this fixture.
