Another winner for Zammo but Salger also picked up 15 points. Still 13 points in it but the top 2 are opening up a gap. Long way to go yet though.

After those two races Salger strengthens his grip on the trophy and picks up 20 points for 2 x 2nd places. 23 points clear now.

Nice winner for OWLYBH and Kesey there with GdM.

***Congratulations to Salger - The Aintree 2022 RAWK Tipping Champion***

After a 6 year wait, tipping event regular Salger joins FlashGordon in becoming only the second player to lift both Cheltenham and Aintree Tipster trophies. Salger's name goes on the Aintree trophy for 2022 just like it did for its Cheltenham counterpart in 2016. (I just realised I spelt his name wrong on the Cheltenham trophy and will sort that out ASAP)

Mention to Salger's closest challenger zamaguire. He returned to the competition meaning business and as such had a chance to snatch it on the last race. Unlucky Zammo and nice to see you back.

Will sort the virtual trophy presentation out in the upcoming days.

Onwards to the flat season next lads for the Royal Ascot Tipster comp in June. The 3rd of our 4 RAWK tipping majors.
