From my initial numbers and I joined again on my phone to see how big the queue was and the diff, it was about 35 on each.

Since the touts got onto the fact you don't even need to collect the physical tickets anymore they've been having a field day. These sales have always been tricky due to the quantity available but you used to be able to stand half a chance with a bit of perseverance. They're pretty much impossible now. I've had one ticket through the LGS since Jan of 22 & even that was only down to the site crashing

I am currently undertaking an MBA through the University of Cumbria and my independent project is focusing on Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction throughout the process of purchasing tickets for Liverpool Football Club.

The research covers the website user interface, policies/processes and technologies in place.

I'd appreciate as many responses as possible to paint a clear statistical picture of everyone's experiences across different sectors of the fan base, with first-hand examples of why people feel this way.

All responses are anonymised, I'll be reaching out to the club directly once the research is complete to present findings and gather their own feedback.

Bit odd that there’s no sale announced at all. Going to be 500 seats left empty unless they’ve allocated them to school kids / construction staff.
