John Lithgow (Third Rock From the Sun)

@John_Lithgow
lunch with old friend Tom Werner and presto! I'm a Liverpool fan!

@John_Lithgow
Huge response from #Liverpool crowd. I guess I'll never walk alone.

@John_Lithgow
Never EVER such a welcome mat thrown out! #YNWA must be some crowd. Hope to see #LFC live someday.

Brad Pitt: I support LFC

One of the biggest movie stars on the planet has outed himself as a Liverpool fan.

Brad Pitt revealed his affection for the Reds during an interview about his latest film, Moneyball.

Asked who his favourite football team was, he replied: "I have some friends who are very close to Liverpool, so if I went another way I might be disowned."

Pitt's partner Angelina Jolie is a well-known Kopite.

Her support stems from the time she filmed Tomb Raider in North Wales, during which her adopted son Maddox spent three days receiving treatment at Alder Hey Hospital.

Maddox became a huge Liverpool fan as a result - and his love for the Reds seems to be spreading through Hollywood.

Florrie (a singer) is a fan. Never heard of her before, but she's beautiful and I saw a picture of her at Anfield that made me listen to some of her stuff. Not so much a fan of the indie-pop she sings, but some of the house/garage remixes aren't bad.

i no what you meen i only were Adidas trabs now i also cant stand nezbit or fat Eamon Holmes(i didn't mind Holmes till i found out he was a manc) i hate watchin itv cos of Clive tildsley and is it just me or does jim beglin seem to be abit of a big up man u?
an i also think any 1 who's a famous liverpool fan is the best at what the do i.e Clive Owen an Daniel Craig 2 of the best actors this country's ever had

I remember Jim Beglin explicitly admitting that he was a boyhood Chelsea fan when commentating on a game a year or so back.

Taken with the fact that he has very little good to say about Liverpool these days it makes him highly irritating. My heart sinks when I learn that he's co-commentator for our matches

Not disagreeing with over his allegiance, he was probably a Robbie Keene type at Liverpool.

He did indeed - that's the reason I said it as in an interview with him he intimated that this was the case.

Ian Holm is a manc - In the day after tomorrow, there was a scene in the lab in Scotland where they were watching a Utd match. Was a crap film anyway...

Starts talking about Liverpool at 2:15, so skip ahead if you don't want to hear about his lamentations over the England National Team. ;)
