Las Palmas jusst scored one of the best worked goals you'll seen this year. Chipped pass to a backheel assist to a half voley = goal.

No idea, but it is horrible. It makes me cringe every time they say it on the commentary or in the studio.

Ronaldo is becoming more of a hindrance nowadays, still a good player but I think they are getting to the stage where someone could give them more. Best goalscorer doesnt always equal best for the team!

Haha! Yep, it's got move back written all over it. The hero returns, topping Pogba's fee because thats what his ego will demand, he'll probably score 15 each season but be a massive hindrance to the team because he does nothing else and they all end up hating him as he stands with his hands on hips for 90mins every game. Can see it now.

Ronaldo may hinder their team but will most likely win them the league and make them Champions League contenders .

Insane to wish United buy him .He is still one of the top 3 players in the world .

But doubt Rinaldo's ego will allow him to play in Europa league when Messi is setting CL records .So thankfully can't see that happen anytime soon

I don't know but the Premiership seems much faster than at the time Ronaldo left in 2009. He'll be 32 at the end of this season.

If he was a year or two older and Jose still in charge I'd like to see the move happen. I imagine a move to America though.

Ronaldo to ManU won't end well. Arguments "for" are the same that were used for Ibra's transfer. Sure enough, Ronaldo is miles better than Ibra, but he won't come for free unlike Ibra. He will still be a very expensive purchase, especially if you also consider his wages.

Clubs should realize that not every top team have a Ronaldo. ManU fans keep moaning about lack of balance in their squad etc., transferring Ibra and Ronaldo does nothing to help, in fact, it makes things worse.

Sampaoli is boss brilliant manager, he's been one of the best managers of the recent years and left a great legacy at Chile, now at Sevilla he's doing an excellent job and for me his in the same bracket as the likes of Klopp, Guardiola, Ancelotti and Simeone.

Too early to say that. But yes, he looks like a great manager. Sevilla have done it again. This time, they "sold' their manager and got what looks like even a better one ;D

This is quite true but United's problem is partly a massive leadership crisis in the post-Ferguson/Scholes/Giggs/Van Persie/Ferdinand/Vidic etcetera era. Ronaldo would be a big boost and would galvanise them. He would probably still be one of the leagues very best and so on. I'd rather that they didn't sign him.

Having said all of that, this year might well finally be the year that he shows big decline after pushing his body to permit last season's successes. Let's wait and see.

That goal was a thing of beauty; doubt well see a better team goal this season just imagine the hype around that goal if was move that involved Messi, Neymar & Suarez with Barca scoring.

His Chile team at the World Cup in 2014 were impressive and deserved to beat Brazil in the last sixteen, I was gutted when they went out of that tournament and I guarantee you Chile would of never lost 7-1 in the semis like Brazil did.

Sampaoli would've been great for Man United, so I'm very thankful Sevilla have him. Monchi is the key to their success though, he's one of the very best.

Language is especially important for managers. They need to communicate well to get their ideas across. So in that sense, La Liga has had an advantage when it comes to keeping top coaches with the likes of Bielsa, Simeone and Sampaoli continuing their career in Spain. Even Emery must have been hesitant to go to England. He had a bad experience in Russia, and communication must have been his biggest issue there.

He's more comfortable working in Spain than he would be working in England for obvious reasons, I could see Sampaoli staying at Sevilla for a lengthy time period if things go to plan for him.

Yeah Sevilla's recruitment under Monchi is spot on, Southampton have a very similar approach to Sevilla in our league.

Barca with a slender win over Granada. Things are very tight in Spain as well.

1. Real 24 pts
2. Barca 22 pts
3. Atletico 21 pts
4. Sevilla 21 pts.

Atletico have got goals in their side from all over the park currently.

This 19yr old kid for Malaga - Javi Ontiveros - looks a real talent.  Helped turn the game and has excellent ability to create space and put in a dangerous crosses.  Look forward to seeing him more in the future.
