I dunno mate as its an advert i tend to not pay attention. When i heard the music i just listened to that and fucked the advert itself off. Its a piano playing a fairly upbeat tune and there is clapping alongside it. Im trying to find it online.

Probably wont be able to watch the match tomorrow because of a football game of my own. Anyway, is there a site or something that lets me watch the full 90 mins after the match is over? Obviously there's MOTD but I just want to watch a full replay after I get back

Anyone here wake up in the middle of the night with a poked eye? Absolutely painful and feels like someone has shoved a chopstick in your eye? I get it every few months and the affected eye just waters like mad and I try to go back to sleep, but the pain lingers for about 6 hours. Currently my eye is out of focus like I've been rubbing my eye but it's gradually fading. I've had this happen to me for as long as I can remember and my family all say they get it. Is this normal, and what the hell causes it?

I think you might be doing something similar to this guy in your sleep without realising, apparently it can be quite painful!

You can get around it by wearing mittens to bed ;D

Been on Selsun Blue for years now. Wash my hair three times a day, shampoo it once. No itchiness now but still plenty of flakes all about.

You wash your hair 3 times a day? Probably the cause of it.

Are you sure it's actually dandruff? It maybe Psoriasis if it's not responding to a dandruff treatment....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psoriasis

...I know it's probably not the easiest thing to do but get yourself to the doctor and as Chakan said, washing your hair 3 times a day can't be good for your hair or scalp, as dandruff can be caused by not rinsing your scalp/hair properly after each wash. A doctor will tell you definitively what it is and get you on the right treatment :wave

Poking aside mate....;D...I haven't got a clue. The fact that it happens to a lot of your family (unless you all have identical bedrrom wallout/furniture) suggests it's not enviromental but herditary....there appear to be a lot of eye conditions linked to genetics but I don't want to start freaking you out as I don;t know the first thing about it!

It would seem that today's advice is....if you're worried about a rash, dandruff or a minor health complaint that's been plaguing you for a while just bite the bullet and go see the Doctor...not that Manhatten fella though as I've heard awful things about his bedside manner! ;D

According to this
1
Click Start at the bottom of the computer screen, then hit Run. You can also hold the Start key and press the R key.
2
There will be a text-box where you can type commands. Type in cmd.
3
Type ping www.website.com, where website is \\#Go to Google[1]
In the search box, type "cache:website.com" (without quotes), where website is the site name and hit Enter.
5
Google will automatically take you to the previously saved version of that website.

method 2
Method 2 of 2: Using proxy servers

    1
In this method use proxy servers. Proxy servers are useful tools that act as intermediaries between your computer and the websites you visit. When you can’t visit a blocked site directly, you can ask a proxy server to visit it for you. The proxy displays the blocked website, and allows you to interact with it. Since you are communicating directly with the proxy (not with the restricted site)the communication isn't blocked.
2
Go to the website for the proxy service. Type the URL of the site you wish to unblock, and press Surf.
3
Browse the restricted site as you normally would.

I don't think they can refuse. All money is legal tender, in fact stamps are legal tender so you can pay with them if you like. But as Barney said anyone can refuse just because they don't want to serve you in general

I don't think they can refuse. ....

It would appear they possibly can.

This might come as a surprise, but according to the Royal Mint, 1p and 2p coins are legal tender only if you are paying for something costing 20p or less: once you have amassed 21 or more 1p pieces, your coins contravene the Coinage Act 1971 if used in a single transaction. Even if you are buying penny sweets.

You can spend up to £5 in 5p or 10p coins, or up to £10 each in 50p and 20p pieces. Pound coins are legal tender for any amount, offering the chance for a frisson of defiance while staying on the right side of the law

It would appear they possibly can.

You're right about the ability to refuse, but I don't think that article's got it quite right.

From the Royal Mint website:

Quote
Legal tender has a very narrow and technical meaning in the settlement of debts. It means that a debtor cannot successfully be sued for non-payment if he pays into court in legal tender. It does not mean that any ordinary transaction has to take place in legal tender or only within the amount denominated by the legislation. Both parties are free to agree to accept any form of payment whether legal tender or otherwise according to their wishes. In order to comply with the very strict rules governing an actual legal tender it is necessary, for example, actually to offer the exact amount due because no change can be demanded.

So paying for something with over 20p in coppers is not illegal. It's fine, so long as the person being paid agrees to it.
