Go through tomorrow and beat Arsenal and it's been a pretty productive week I'd say. Two tough games though. I can't see either game being as frustrating as Sunday but they both have more quality to hurt us at the other end. Should be entertaining and nervy games.

Everton going with their full first team.  no surprise, right now they'll fancy themselves to do well in the cup comps this year.

It's suicide to use your squad like this. Just stupid management that will cost him in the long run this season.

A trophy is a bigger priority for them given how long they've gone without a major honour. If he wins one, he automatically becomes a legend.

It's not like they'll pull up any trees if they qualify for the CL anyway.

It really is. I reckon most Newcastle fans would be ok with winning a trophy and therefore fine with his selection.

No doubt Jurgen (or Pep!) will get grief, whatever the strength of our like up tonight.

Also SPOTu tonight. Hoping KJT wins. Enough acronyms for one post!

Can't be surprised that Newcastle have gone full strength. Besides they will likely strengthen in January and they no longer have any more European games to contend with.

getting knocked out of Europe will have made his mind up to go full strength for this.   His paymasters won’t have been happy at them not even making Europa knockout as being in europe adds a whole new level of sportswashing possibilities. He’s under pressure now to make sure he gets them back to Wembley at least.
