What did you think of it? Bit weird isn’t it, and tucked in amongst all the train lines and flats. But all quite nice.
We parked by the off licence near the McDonald's which was surprisingly for London, free and then walked down after a maccies. Not an issue getting in but a bit of a ballache getting out in the humidity afterwards but that's most football grounds for you to be fair. Quite nice inside, usual prices for beer. Where we were sat you could see the planes coming in to land every 25 seconds or so which was pretty cool. Lot's of kids been given free tickets there trying to get a mexican wave going which was quite funny as they were having no luck one direction towards a big group of Germany fans but then the Spanish fans were cheering and saying they would do it. Eventually they did half the stadium but it stopped when the German fans that end didn't join in. Obviously had a steely determination on the matter in hand and as the guy sitting next to me (who I didn't know) said "watch the fucking match".
But yeah, figured I wouldn't get a ticket there with Liverpool apart from the FA Cup so for a tenner a nice way to see a new grround.
