1-0 to Spain on 10 mins.

Gomez the scorer - https://twitter.com/Eurosport_UK/status/924285805903872000
Brewster FC should've been 1 up after just 47 seconds......they're looking bright though, can't see this staying 0-1

Haha it so should've been 0-2........Spain's Nr8 just taps it too far ahead of himself on the break into the penno area, England keeper massively brave in flying out and blocks it - rebound goes off the Spaniard and forward to his team mate who's offside. As was Gomez when he scored, by the way.......

I think you might have missed Sessegnon playing Sergio Gomez onside, unless you saw a better replay than I did.

I think the England right back - bottom left of the picture on the video of that 1st goal - was playing the Spanish forward on-side - does look quite a close call though...

Brewster with an absolute belter that practically decapitates the Spanish Nr3 who understandably hits the deck. Play strangely goes on, Foden heads over. Getting closer to scoring......this isn't over yet!

There it is! Brewster's scored! Two more to go for the triple hattrick.......

That's an almost unbelievable 8 goals now for him in this tournament.

I retract my earlier comment about Gomex being offside for Spain's 1st. He clearly wasn't, having seen a decent replay. Still, fancy more goals in this one, Brewster's on fire.

Brewster is very clinical.  Didn't get to see much of Abel Ruiz in the first half (other than the play for the second goal), hopefully they get him more involved in the second half. Blanco, Spain's no.6 is decent at defending but he makes too many mistakes on the ball for my liking.

England far from out of this. Making plenty of chances. Just need to keep calm and be more clinical.

30 minutes to go. Spanish corner. Eek!!! Header straight at the keeper, who in fairness did well to react and smother. Close.

Mateu-Jaume forgetting which sport he was playing there. It was, in fairness, an absolutely brilliant rugby tackle - and he deservedly sees a yellow. Had Odio been heading towards goal it would've been red. F/k on the left edge of pen area.
