Fucking hell did Amir Khan just use Ali in the same sentence as Fury then?
However if something serious happens to them I will eat my own cock.

I had Fury by 2. Parker fought like a pissed up doorman, was made to miss so much. Fury was timid but had the cleaner work
Worst fight I've watched in a long while.

Probably seen with British tinted glasses. Top class by Campbell against one of the best, but Linares should comfortably win on the score cards.

Had Linares by a few rounds. Was close in the middle but Linares took the first 3 and probably the last 2, including a 10-8. Luke had good success in the middle few rounds but never done enough to win. I don't know if Linares had another gear or whether he fights in a way that makes you think he does, but he didn't seem in trouble at all. I thought he was afraid to let his hands go a little though, seemed a bit gun shy at times especially considering he dropped Campbell with a peach early on.

Luke came back really well though, he wasn't outclassed. He belongs at this level and I'd actually like to see a rematch down the line.

Campbell is deluded. Didn't take his first loss like a man nor did he take this one.

He fought well but Linares landed plenty the whole fight.

Need to watch it again but Campbell seemed to start when Rubio lit a fire under his arse, from that point on he was more offensive and looked good.

I can understand what Campbell was trying to say to Kellerman as he took a hell of a lot on the gloves, I think he will be kicking himself as he dropped off in 11 and 12 and could have actually done it

Fair fucks to him, I thought he stood no chance

No doubt for me that Linares was a class apart over Campbell.

Fury fought on the back foot and Parker came forward & showed aggression, always a dangerous game plan when trying to wrestle a world title.

Explosive win from Dorticos in San Antonio too.

I have watched the Canelo v Golovkin fight 3 times now. For me Golovkin missed a lot of punches and landed punches that you cannot score. Canelo, landed shots and when he landed they were crystal clear, crisp and scored. The problem is people (I'm in no way saying it about anyone on here by the way) can't catch what is happening in a fight because they don't know what to look for. Their eye's aren't sharp and they aren't familiar with the technical details of how to block a shot and can't see the difference between a jab landed and a jab grazing the glove and not scoring. A lot of Golovkin's jabs are questionable as to whether they can be classed as a punch as they were just touches to Canelo's forehead imo. If you're going to score them then you may as well score everytime a glove touches the body.

People score aggression for Golovkin and other boxers with a similar style to his because he was just walking forward. As Mayweather often says "the art of boxing is hit and don't be hit". It's not go forward, swing, get smashed and carry on going forward. It is not the essence of boxing, the noble art, that we call pugilism.

I have no problem with anyone thinking Golovkin won, I think it was very close but I had Canelo winning 7-5. You could have given it to either fighter. I was listening to Mayweather sr give his reaaons why he felt Canelo won and all people were saying is that he would think that because it looks good for his son. They're just being cynical and guessing at his motivations as though it's definitive. Hopkins felt Canelo won so are we saying he only said this because he is affiliated with golden boy?  ::)

I watched it three times too. First two I had GGG winning 8-4. (I had a few whiskeys on board for the first viewing).  Third time I was biased towards Canelo, trying to give him rounds, and got to 7-5. I thought it was a comfortable GGG win, not emphatic by any means, but comfortable. I was actually disappointed with GGG but he won it. Canelo boxed clever, but didn't do enough to win for me.

@hardworkdedication, all fair points, I definitely did favour aggression, partly because Golovkin was champion and I thought Canelo needed to have done more to take the belts.

I did see Canelo with the cleaner shots but it wasn’t Floyd or even JMM level of make them miss and counter punching, he was pushed back and back for a good 7 of the rounds, I do agree Golovkin missed but would counter  he also threw more so the percentage would be higher. Canelo wasn’t landing cleanly all night either

Linares against Campbell last night is a case in point, the rounds where Linares looked the aggressor, Luke did really well to block / parry those shots which aren’t always obvious when you’re in the midst of watching a fight live

That said, I’ve changed my mind completely since the first time i saw it  so I would love to see it again
