Should I still be seeing ‘more than an hour’ with a queue position like that though? Can’t remember the last time I didn’t see those dreaded four words when attempting to get tickets when they’ve shut the site beforehand

We experienced payment issues during this morning’s sale for Real Madrid v Liverpool and can confirm the issue has now been resolved.

We are in the process of contacting those supporters who had tickets in their basket at the time the issue occurred, in order to process their tickets.
