The club should be cancelling the 1+ credit sale now.

I am not affected by this as I was in guaranteed sale. But it is really pissing me off what is happening. Friends who have 3+ had to pay 4 times postage because they could only get singles. I know friends of friends who have not been able to buy on 2.

They should also be banning anyone doing this.

I think the fact it still says TBC just over an hour before the sale suggests it might get canned. Even though I would benefit from the 1+ sale (even if there is little chance of me actually being lucky and basketing anyway)

Pretty sure the club got an external company to design the new ticket system, so if I had to guess most of them haven't got a clue how the system works or can be abused.

If only the club had some kind of supporter liaison officer who hasn't spent years hiding from the fans and not interacting or communicating

There should be no baskets allowed for over an hour. Allow extra. Time to checkout out or a connection glitch but that's it

They have but the site is supposedly very configurable. Knowing our lot they have probably taken the vanilla product and dumped it out there. Knowing every sale will sell out, so doesn't matter how it can be cracked and abused, and who gets tickets

How the club can go ahead with additional sales when the site has said 'sold out' since 11.05 on Wednesday is mind boggling. They must know it's saying sold out when it isn't and so people in the earlier sales are missing out. Just cancel access when the membership/ST has bought its eligible tickets.

The hallmap became available for me between 10:59 and 11:00 - two blocks were showing as available but "choose seats for me" didn't work. Tried to select a seat manually (would say there were 15 or so in the block I clicked into) but then got prompted to log in again so I must have done that too early. All gone by the time I logged in.

Not even angry because I should never have been in with a chance for this game anyway.
