And now a penalty. Portsmouth might not be as good as Leeds
Some pass that by Marlon Pack, Portsmouth equalise against the run of play.Meslier should do better.
Meslier still rubbish then
Oxford take the lead, think they could be a surprise contender for a playoff place minimum this season. Feels like it’s more open than ever.
What a start for Portsmouth and Oxford.Leeds will win plenty of games but not sure they'll go up. Will probably concede well over a goal a game with that defence/keeper.
I don’t think Farke is an especially good manager. At least not great at setting up a defence.Anyway what a miss that was!
Leeds 2-2. Gnonto.
3-3 at the death.Great game to start the season,
So far, Plymouth have been as good as you'd expect a team coached by Wayne Rooney to be.1-0 down to Sheffield Wednesday and struggling to string a few passes together.
Dear me, Rooney has swallowed the air hose...
Why on earth would anyone give Wayne Rooney a job?!
Are they still sponsored by Ginsters?I can see a certain synergy there…
Serves them right for employing a proven failure as a manager purely because he was once a good footballer. Idiotic.
Incredible that people who are paid to make footballing decisions can genuinely come to the conclusion that Rooney was the right man for the Plymouth job. It's not like the club were a basket case either.
Sack a guy with coaching credentials Foster who won something with the young England team for a bloke who took a team from the play offs and relegated them it’s truely astonishing.
Someone should sit Rooney down and make him understand management ain't for him.
It really isn’t. Foster was absolutely fucking horrendous at Plymouth; if you watched any of their games you’d have seen it. Shit on a stick football and were hurtling headlong towards relegation despite being very comfy when Schumacher jumped ship. Because Rooney is worse it doesn’t mean keeping Foster was right either. He should never see another championship job.
