Underneath the box where you write the reply, there is 'Attachments and other options'. Add them through there, or use photobucket or something. Max size is 200kb per photo

or if you've already got the pics hosted elsewhere like facebook just right click on the pick and click copy image url or link or whatever it says and put each pic between these two tags without the *, one pic per tag though.
