Which positions? I’d think left alone our squad improves anyway due to its age. I’d have said a centre back and centre mid last summer but Quansah, Bradley and Clark have changed that need, especially with Trent’s potential for moving into midfield.

We need to be planning for Van Dijk and Salah leaving over the next 2 years, so signing those players now, so center half (left sided) and a forward.

We also need an elite 6 in and around the 23-25 range i.e. peak years.

I think we'll sell one of Diaz or Nunez, especially if Salah is staying, the front line needs a refresh thats clear, the other areas of the squad are small tweaks rather than anything major.

20 in 62 is 1 in 3 not 1 in 4

The 20 came in 16 games. Which is my point - we can't have a record signing 9 who only scores in 16 of his 62 league games.

It's a title winning squad, we just got ravaged by injuries imo.

If Jota hadn't got injured I think we would have won the league.

I said after Brentford that's probably cost us the league. We lost Jones, Salah and Jota that day. Salah was crap when he came back, Jones also off the pace and we got one more goal out of Jota.

Is it a top 3 squad or is it a top 6 squad that Klopp got to overperform?

It depends if we can actually get players on the pitch or not. On paper we're at least a match for Arsenal, but they rarely get an injury, we've been decimated for 2 years.

A note...

Some stream sites are now being blocked by ISPs - not all, but some - so you may need a VPN to bypass that block. Free and easy-to-use VPNs from the Chrome Web Store like... WindScribe, Best VPN by uVPN, 1VPN, and Troywell VPN... usually work fine - and there are many others to choose from. Use an adblocker too - uBlock Origin is quality for this.

Also, some antivirus software are also blocking certain streaming sites of late - not because there is anything untoward on those streaming sites, but they seem to be blocking the way adverts are delivered on the sites. It is completely up to you fine folks... but a temporary disable of your antivirus software when clicking onto a streaming site - then quickly enabling the antivirus security - after the stream appears, often does the trick...

Finally... don't leave it until our match is about to kick off to watch a stream - test one of the other footy matches available shortly before our kick off. See if those other streams work okay - and what you may need to do to get the stream working for our match. A little practice and all that... Good luck with it.

That goal ratio is about the same as Bobby's in a red shirt. Bobby was leading from the front and linking the attack, in the knowledge that Salah and Mane would get the bulk of the goals.

Nunez is too often Haaland without the goal touch.

Still doesn’t take away the fact he has 31 goal involvements in 62 games.

Until until the last month or so his link up play was drastically improved.

Also stepping up point, he lead the league in winning the most points by in winning goals up until this recent spell wasn’t he ?



His also basically got Bobby’s best assist tally in the league.

A lot of rough areas but the lad is effective is he not?

Is quite like to see Salah as a 10 behind Nunez/Jota, Diaz, Szoboslai left and right forwards. MacAllister and a new monster athlete as dual 6s. Trent plays right back or nowhere. We need another CB and a new LB as well as the new CM. Might need another player for the right sided forward role too.
