All other supporters

The below sales will take place online only.

Priority rights holders: from 8.15am on Thursday March 22.

For full details on eligibility, please click here.

Tickets will then be available based on attendance at FC Porto (March 6, 2018), Spartak Moscow (December 6, 2017), Maribor (November 1, 2017) and Sevilla (September 13, 2017).

Sales will take place in the following order subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available to all who apply.

Please expect to queue at times.

Season ticket holders who attended four games: from 1pm on Thursday March 22.

Members who attended four games: from 8.15am on Friday March 23.

For this fixture, it is anticipated that there will not be enough remaining tickets to fulfil all Members who have attend four previous games. At this stage of the competition, we would expect fewer tickets to be returned from our contractual ticket obligations, compared to the numbers returned for previous rounds.

Should there be any tickets remaining following the above sales, the club will make a further announcement. Supporters should check www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets for any sale updates.

The local general sale will take place from 8.15am on Wednesday March 28.

The club reserves the right to change any sale to a controlled sale if given advice from the police or other relevant authorities.

I know its pot luck but I can’t help but feel nervous about this - I got straight in and secured Kop seats for Porto so I'm worried I've used up my good fortune on that! This sale is definitely going to leave some disappointed.

How many available for the local sale do you reckon? Managed to get some in the past, but other times it's been carnage and gone by 8.16am. Is there a specific amount for each game?

Have they ever confirmed that there are 500 for each game? Or just it's maximum 500?

Don't normally include qualifiers.

Once you’d secured all the group matches I seem to remember being home free - maybe remembering it wrong

Pretty sure when we played Barca in 2007 and Inter in 2008 in the last 16 having credits from all 3 group games didn't guarantee you a ticket.

The club spun a similar line when we played Chelsea in 2009, the last time we got to the Quarter finals.

2005 wouldn't have been 4 homes for Juve. Don't think the group games sold out for example!

Juventus went on General sale, I recall we had a crowd of 31,000 against Monaco although their were problems on the motorway that day.

Interesting snippet on the main selling page about this and the local sale

http://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/tickets-availability

Match Ticket  : Local General Sale

Tickets will be available online from 8.15am Wednesday 28 March.

A queuing system will be in place for this sale.

All supporters with an 'L' postcode must be registered by midnight on Monday 26 March.

Wonder if this a new queuing system being tried out on a local sale, to see if it could be used in future main sales, or is it me making something and nothing

Not seen that specific line on a local sale notice and certainly doesn't say it for Bournemouth

Wonder if somebody could post in this thread if it is different

Basically means as there are so many people that will be online there is a maximum number that the system can handle, so the system queues you in position until its your turn to get on and choose/buy tickets. I think  :)

In 2005 I went to Deportivo and Olympiakos on my mate's fancard as he was working away. He came back for Leverkusen and I managed to get a ticket for that game on my own card with no loyalty - and also for Juve and Chelsea

Yeah mate aware of the way the queue is now, been doing it for years :( :( :(.

I was just curious if this was something new and it was going to say summat like you are Number 1233440 in the queue you've got no chance  :butt :butt :butt :butt , rather than the estimated waiting time that's never right which it does now.

As I said probably just me reading something into it, that's not there, just never seen that line before

I know what you mean, but I'm sure I've seen that line before, could be wrong though. I hope it means the normal estimated timer thing, if it's something different and we get caught out it'll be difficult, but it's gonna be mayhem no doubt about that.  :(
