Our TO staff never fail to amaze me....with their inconsistencies!!
Ordered a tkt for this on my phone when in Seville in Nov. It's my ST seat so I thought my card would probably be activated. However, I couldn't find any info on this so asked online.
Yesterday: "Tickets are being sent out. If it doesn't arrive we will issue a duplicate on the day." Surprised me but ok.
Today: Different person replies "Your card will be activated for you to gain access"
They cause themselves problems and work! Maybe if they actually read emails properly (as I've sent several that have clearly not been read), checked their system and THEN replied it would save them time and hence money. Apart from causing less confusion!
