First at home - yes. Tuesday - not necessarily.

It should be based on Sat 28th April being 12.30 kick off so can't see Liverpool playing Wed 25th April and then having the early kick off Sat.

I dont think they care about domestic arrangements, the derby was moved for our quarters!

UEFA don't take domestic arrangements into account

Sky have moved the fixtures that way to cover all eventualities
