maybe during the sale point we get a link directed to the same ticket site as the home fans....with just the away areas the choice, and we get PDF print outs too once thru checkout process?

Villarreal are using a proper ticket agent remember as their preferred ticketing option, like a Ticketmaster type for example
LFC should have outsourced their TO ages ago...imagine how much tighter it would run with a company who are experts in the industry

you can call and book, or try a credit card. Think people were saying MasterCard worked on the website.

Based on this and the home game it looks like someone has listened to a bit of feedback which is good to see. It's not perfect but at least they have acknowledged some things and we should also acknowledge.

They've given some information about postage dates and aware this was an issue for the away.
For the home, they've given some history criteria for first pick/better pick of spec, rather than all lumped in which annoyed some last time.

Liverpool FC will receive 2,062 tickets for the Europa League semi-final first leg away at Villarreal on Thursday April 28.


Following the latest news story released here, after careful consideration the club has decided not to proceed with a ticket collection process for this fixture.

Moving forward, the club will continue to assess being able to use this process at future European away games should conditions allow.

Full selling details for this fixture will be released shortly.

Not sure, these were the post from earlier. I didn't get mind but I understand it was bought over the phone line.

Just got one in the home end no problem. The red bit after you've entered your card details says "wait till your details are being processed" and it takes quite a while. Maybe some who couldn't get any thought it said the card had been denied? Looks like it's saying that with that massive exclamation mark, it being written in red etc. Used a standard mastercard

Real Madrid and some other spanish clubs same. Ticket works once only so once scanned you can't try it twice.

For those stuck trying to buy online due to UK card problem just call them. That should work. Number on main entradas site I think

We are going that way, but going to hang out in Barcelona for a bit, get in some cava bars or head to the beach. I've always wanted to go to the Olympic village.

what number did you use ? i tried the 902 number on my mobile (ee wont conect to that number ans says it will cost £3 per min) and landline just goes over some message and quits.

Should be fine, just had a quick look and they still have nearly 800 seats on sale in the Fondo Norte under the away section.
