Can't link to it but watched our game on Optus and they had a betting advert at HT,at the end of it the bloke says "you're probably about to lose" or something close to that.

Wish I could link it as it rocketed right up my list of favourite adverts.

All these diverse ads are well over the top , I was in hospital recently and an Asian nurse and Black nurse were saying the same.

Not sure whether I like it, but just seen the Paddy Power ad taking the piss out of oil money/sports washing. Wasn’t as cutting as some of theirs but better than nothing

The National Lottery one with the gay couple. The one where they meet in a bar the night of the very first Lottery draw when one of them drops his ticket and the other picks it up, then it shows snippets from their life with a Lottery ticket featuring, and the lad keep dropping it.

Captures a real sense of nostalgia for me in the space of about 30 seconds.

Quite liking those EE ones at the moment. There’s three sound the rounds all with a decent soundtrack - one with the Wi-Fi restrictions for kids with Insimnia by Faithless, one with a Bloc Party tune I can’t place showing how life with a phone is complicated for teens and there’s a third one featuring Golden Skans by the Klaxons. Think they’re all quite well out together.

I didn't like that song that much compared to the other stuff on their debut, This Modern Love in particular is one of my favourites.

Also, I might be wrong but I don't think the Klaxons one is Golden Skans is it? Sounds like another one of theirs.

You’re absolutely right. It’s their cover of Not Over Yet by Grace(?). Mid 90s dance tune.

I've just posted that in there - I cannot stand noisy, messy eaters and that ad is fucking disgusting, just like pot noodles.

Any human being who doesn’t respect and care about all animals should be thrown in front of a combine harvester IMO - not worth the oxygen they’re stealing
