We are the better team. More ideas, better control and more intent. The ref is a grade A wanker.

Just need to get some rhythm back and we'll win this.

No one is even mentioning the high foot into Bradley's chin later on in the game.

Another one that is ordinarily a booking nine times out of ten

Fucking raging. Why are oppo players allowed to foul and injure our players without penalty? That team is bunch of c*nts, trying to bully 20yr old kids.

We've been great apart from the 5mins after Grav had to go off.

Everything going against us but at least their goal was called offside and we're still here. Let's keep it going.

Insanity to get this kind of reffing in a final, but you knew it was coming after Pochettino made it clear that any decision for us would be the ref being part in Klopps celebration. When you add incompetent referees together with an agenda then it looks this inept.

Lads done so well, were the best on the pitch and really trying to create. The injury sent us into a bit of disarray, but we got some control again. Need to just keep being better and hope that the ref dont fuck it up further (hard ask).

Come on Liverpool! YNWA!!!!

Excellent block too after Kelleher's save.  Looked like Jackson had a chance to put in the rebound.

Really good play all around by our team.  Just a shame about Gravenberch and a lack of the final pass/shot.

The ref not booking Colwel and Chilwell early set the tone for that and led directly to Gravs injury. 6 fouls by Caicedo that half and not booked, ridiculous

Swap Diaz and Gakpo’s positions .. gakpo isn’t a threat to run behind and can’t hold it up

Macallister is sensational - best player on the pitch for either side
When we looked good at the start of the game Gakpo appeared on the left and Diaz through the middle a lot but they haven’t switched at all since the sub.

Not sure what the rule is anymore. A player can basically put in a leg breaking tackle but if the referee plays advantage (and there will be times when he should) then the referee cannot book the player or send him off?

We lost are way after the Gravenberch injury. Eliott needs to do more. Endo has been brillaint and MacAllister good.

Very clever adjustment to put Bradley at Right wing as it gives us a bit more pace up top. Need Diaz and Gapko to step up and win us the game

To be honest, I've found it hard to enjoy the last couple of matches because the opposition seem to injure at least one of our players each time. How much more can we take of this? Meanwhile City and Arsenal have about one player out each.

We've played pretty well given the circumstances and could've been ahead, but to win any match with your young RB having to play at RW and no proven attacking options on the bench is a tall order.

Shows the spirit of this team that I still think we can do it, though, especially if the ref decides that he won't be "spoiling the game" by booking Chilwell early on for that foul to stop Bradley breaking into the box, or for Caicedo going studs-up on Gravenberch's ankle.

I hear what you’re saying.
Watching every match pretty much and seeing someone get injured or stretchered off is just gut wrenching

This ref has blood on his hands, shocking performance from him so far. We’ve been by far the best team bar 10mins when we had to reorganise after Grav was assaulted.

It's Brentford all over again. Allowed to foul with impunity, which leads to injuries. But we get technical yellows because of technical rules. Fine to smash an ankle, but stand up for yourself?  :butt

Chelsea got slapped all over Anfield a couple of weeks ago and are now trying to foul their way into a more even fixture. Chilwell, what an absolute c*nt. Caicedo, bullet dodged, the prick just runs round kicking people? How hasn't he been booked?

God I hope we beat these c*nts.

Genuinely can’t believe Bradley is on a yellow here.

Elliot and Gakpo really need to step up, Diaz the only one really getting at them.

Wasn't it Chilwell who stopped Bradley from breaking into the box? If so he could/should have been on a yellow then, meaning he'd be on two after their situation that resulted in a yellow each.

Pochettino's moaning about VAR and the officials giving us everything seems to have done the trick.

Kavanagh is a sad little c*nt...

Diaz has been simultanously our best and worst player on the pitch.

Gakpo should really learn how to give ball away much quicker.

I'd be shocked if Grav will be back this season, his ligaments are gone.

He looks like he'd be one outiside of a footballing pitch too.
