Was that one of the free ones by any chance? I wanted to subscribe but the only way to pay is through credit card via Paypal, and I only have a debit card. So have to make do with the free ones. :(
I've only got a debit card mate, never owned a credit card in my life. Try again.

Yea mine is set up with a debit card through PayPal so deffo worth trying again.

I've no affiliation with The Anfield Wrap but have to say it has been really good. I drive 2-3 hours a day to work and back and for the last 6 weeks havent listened to the radio once cos of the amount of content. Admittingly I listen to one other podcast a week but thats only an hour and not footy related.

Favourites for me are the AFQ Thursdays nd the could he play - the season reviews are good as well on 2001 and 2005.
The specials are good as well like the journalists ones and when some news comes out like a signing.

I'm just gonna have to find time for the old season reviews and Could He Play when I have long amounts of time, possibly when travelling to Liverpool in future.

Not for nothing, but the lazy days of summer should be all about soda and pretzels and beer...

I am the same, I have all of the And Could He Play, That's What I Call History and season reviews saved to listen to when I find a bit of time, it's hard enough keeping up with the rest through the week, there's not enough spare hours in the day for TAW Player!

Sad to hear the lads so defeatist and conservative about our transfer ambitions in The Gutter.

Spending the Sterling money on a new stand indeed!  I know signing Ings and targeting Benteke seriously manages our expectations, but for fuck's sake!!

Other than that, the shows remain a delight.   ;)

That Barrett/Joyce interview is one of the best things i've seen on TAW, kudos to everybody involved and who made it happen. Really interesting to see the insight into how transfer "leaks" actually happen, and the process behind reporting and deciding to publish it

Nice one. I've got them all downloaded but waiting for a moment at work to listen. This one is up first then.

On today's Tuesday Review  There was a digital warble,  similar to the the auto tune. It was on the online player, and in Itunes, so don't think it was my device.

Just a heads up.

Great stuff as usual.

Loved the episode but got to say Niel is nuts if he thinks we need two striker in addition to Sturridge.

Sturridge, Bacca, Benteke, Ings, Origi in addition to Firmino who right now is playing a false nine type striker for Brazil........I'm all for options but that's taking the piss.

Just the one needed now IMO, factoring in Ings, Origi, plus Firmino as well, like you say.

Anyone know what Bacca's injury history is like?

Think his injury record must be pretty good -last 3 seasons according to wikipedia:

Bruges 12/13 - 44 games - 28 goals
Seville 13/14  - 52 games - 21 goals
Seville 14/15  - 55 games - 28 goals

Yep, in the last 2 years he's played 2 entire Europa League runs winning it both times, a World Cup, and now a Copa America without any rest.

Seriously - someone give the rewired show a listen for a minute or two. It's called 'surprises the rider'.

Steph Hennigan on it sounds so funny with the auto tune. I keep laughing my arse off every time I try and give it a listen.

Certainly worth it in terms of the quality of the content. I guess you need a commute or committed dog walk to get through it all properly.

I'm a big fan of the variety - history stuff, current transfer issues, the vision of the club, tactical breakdown...it's very varied even if you feel like Neil says "goals" every fourth sentence... :P

Since I've discovered you can play podcasts at double speed I've been gobbling them up.  It's massively increased my efficiency, like how Suarez stepped up from great to god some time in 2012/13.

Only thing is it really emphasises just how fast Neil can talk.  Everyone else I can just about deal with, but lose concentration when Neil's on one, and he's away with no chance of catching him up.

I've only got a debit card mate, never owned a credit card in my life. Try again.

Tried it on 5 different days. Keeps saying "You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected. Please select another card."

Which is really weird since I used the same card and made a donation to RAWK through Paypal, and it had no issues then. That's the only other thing I've used Paypal for. Am I doing something wrong?
