I've worn some for football before though, in the winter, keeps your legs warm an' that.

I had my last pair of slippers for 8 years, they had duck tape and silicone holding them together. An intervention was called for me to get rid of them.

What is it with gidding rid of slippers?

havent had mine for 8 years but ive often glued the sole back on,thinking im never gonna find a pair like these again

Its a bit weird isn't it. I kind of think they become tailored made for my feet with wear they're also a sort of rebellion against convention, you can be a dirty slob inside your house .
