The difference for me today I think (Like the Everton game), was the immediacy of our play, we played like a forward thinking team, with a forward thinking mentality.
Chicken and fucking Lamb! - Chicken and Lamb.
We were first to the ball, first to the move and our counter attack playing was up there with the best. We really should have won by a bigger margin, but I'm not complaining.
Coutinho though, the lad needs some shooting training, if he can wrap up that side of his game, he could be a killer in the prem.
Gerrard looks to be relatively settling into his new role pretty comfortably, looks as if he's put the Villa game behind him.
Odds for the title now halved, which is a good sign. But I'd still not count my chickens.
Good game from the lads in Red, the rest of the Prem should look at us now with absolute fear, as we've proved this season that we are an attacking force to be reckoned with.
Couple of worrying things that were perhaps amplified with such a big win. Cissokho could'nt pass a joint, never mind a ball, the fella really needs to work on his passing. Mr. Kolo needs to calm down a bit, whilst he can be solid as houses, he does look to get flustered at times.
But the cream on the cake today was Flanagan for me, he really does look to be a great addition to the team and he will be one player that Hodgson should perhaps think about as a backup full-back.
Excellent result to turn us into the last games of the season, it's games like this when you rue the shitty results we've had against some of the teams that we should have had a better result from.
Good to see Aspas.
