Liverpool's rotten luck to win the European Cup when England's cricketers also go mad. Same today as 2005.

LFC could win the World Club Cup, European Cup & League and BBC will give it to someone/team that did something in Tokyo Olympics.

Rightly so, he was incredible in the WC and then ‘that’ Ashes innings.

Crazy that Lewis has only won this once when he’s likely to be crowned the greatest F1 driver in the next year.
Trent is pretty poor at free kicks. Said it for a long time. One decent free kick a few years ago and the commentators think he's Beckham

No doubt Guardiola will blame Liverpool for Sterling not being in the top 3.

It’s Doddie’s own tartan created for his charity MyName5Doddie

Well worth a look and an opportunity to support the big man and his work to fundraise.

Tied the series and thus failed to regain the Ashes. Did not lose the series, and did not lose the Ashes, as they did not have them to lose.

One of my ex business partners has this - a guy who was always fit (decent goalie in his time), keen cyclicst (done a lot of the iconic rides across europe). Horrible condition.

Definitley have the hankies ready - though it is also surprisingly uplifting.

Personally I think it's so far past it's sell by date it's a little embarrassing.

Gets worse every year. It comes across like they haven't rehearsed before they go on. They try and fit so much into it now they skip from one thing to another riduclously quick, and they make it so gloomy and serious (having Lewis Capaldi and Emeli Sande singing didn't help) that the Sports stars feel like they need to act very serious when they are able to speak.
We already have shit in the country, and the game of Liverpool fills life with joy. Thanks

Bit like the Ryder Cup though isn’t it? If you don’t win, you lose, even if it was technically a draw!
