yeah, i wasn't familiar with the adult junior thing but i think ive finally realised i cant do anything with it. It's only one seat so i dont understand how its possible to buy it when you cant select another seat for a junior.

If there's only 1 ticket left in the block then no one will be able to buy it until they drop the adult / junior restriction on the block. Which isn't going to be at 9pm on a Friday night anyway

I wonder if there will be a time when normal members will ever get to see an away league game, I think even if become unwatchable in a decades time, STHs will probably buy for credits for the future, really hope Fulham comeback up this year

blackburn, Bolton or Wigan need to come back up, was fairly easy to get those three and build from there but when they went down that was it really

Even then, STHs get priority over members for some reason, so would have to go past another 20k

Got Blackburn away when Carroll scored last minute, got 3 on my card. Never seen the likes of that since.

I wasn't in the country during Hodgson's reign, seems like that was the time to get on.

Yeah I was still in school in NI too, definitely would’ve went to anything I could though. Hard to see the league ladder opening up soon, hoping a Russian team away next year might get me on the euro ladder though

Wish I saw your post at the time mate. You should have rang up and explained it's the only ticket left, the TO might have just let you buy it. The lad begging you to release it probably had this in his head

I know we are a way off yet but do you think if the Villa game is one where we can win the league, that the additional members sale will be set with a pre-requisite?

I know it was free for all in November but I remember they did something like this in 13/14 with Newcastle for last game of the season.

Having been to most in the first half of the season but struggled since I’m delighted I got villa in the free for all

Should message the club and tell them to pass it on to the ticketing team.  They probably haven’t even thought about it.

I was talking to a guy at work and spoke about the bots taking the tickets.  He mentioned about "captcha".  The club could get rid of the bots (my guess is that these are used by touts) by introducing these.

That is unless we don't actually have bots taking the tickets and we just have a lot of people after very few spares.....

They use captcha already but only once in a blue moon. I’ve only seen it a handful of times

Last few games I've been on the refresh marathon for, after so long refreshing you have to complete a captcha thing to carry on refreshing.

I definitely think the bots theory is an overused excuse.

If you're refreshing for less than 1 second between each refresh then you'll get the Captcha thing. Absolutely smashing F5 will bring it up. Never seen it otherwise.

It's a timed thing, everyone gets it at the same time.

im pretty sure the bots can be run so you have three devices refreshing at 3 second intervals, think the bot thing isn’t that big an issue it’s more some people can get away with constant refreshing at work and some probably get a heads up from a mate at the TO

Is it necessary to tell them. So long as it’s not an adult going on a child’s ticket. Others may know better.

Why should it? Tickets have always been sold on previous seasons attendance and there's already been a Chelsea sale so they can't change it now.
