Weíve got a permit for there, but think the cash allocation is first come first served with only a limited number of cash cars. Can be a bit hit and miss for that so best to get there early or park at the school.

Ah OK, was later than usual arriving so thatís probably why. Cheers.

Gwladys Street school next to Goodison.

£10 to park, 10/15 min walk across Stanley Park

Good for getting out after as they dont box you in like they do in the other two carparks at goodison

Anyone use the car park just before the main Stanley Park one on Utting Ave. used to be able to drive up and pay but seems you now have to pay in advance. Not cheap anyway but worth knowing if youíve used previously.

I think it has got busier. We've parked there quite a lot and spoke to someone last time. He said it's first come, first served to begin with (if you get early), but now it's mainly people that have paid in advance.

for Norwich they said it’s all prepaid now (utting road) and you can’t get any online, and they’ve got rid of those other car parks as well for some reason - if tony Barratt sees this, is there any reason why this has been done, if it is to get more people using public transport for those of us who live outside the city it’s generally more expensive and takes far longer for weekend matches, and for weeknight matches we can only get back either really late (ie after midnight) or the next morning (which isn’t a go-er), really doesn’t make sense those moves

We got there quite late for Norwich due to various roadworks but even though it was about 45 mins from kick off the car park was emptier than Iíd ever seen it but they still turned us away. Ended up in Asda which I was a little nervous about as didnít know whether they have one of those parking eye schemes where if you stay for longer than a fixed period you end up with a £100 ticket. Fingers crossed I havenít had one yet so hoping weíre ok on that front. Looked online for Arsenal on the LFC website for parking but itís says no availability, so considering Asda again or near Goodison.

The car park next too Goodison (on the right of it) is still available but £15 and a ball ache getting out of if you're not positioned well.

We occasionally just pay to use someones' residential parking space and walk from wherever. Usually cheaper.

Good shout this, thanks. Used it yesterday and will do from now on. Easy to get to without having to use Queens Drive by coming in on M57 and A580.

It does , £10 but there are also permit holders which you get through Everton, so I think the number of available spaces for paying on the day may be limited. It is the best car park around there because you can always get out easy enough, no vehicles blocking the exits.

Yep I use it every time.

Walking past that one next to Goodison last night, seeing all the cars boxed in the corner knowing they have to wait for 5 rows of cars to move in front of them before they can move.

Fuck that

If you are ok with a 15/20 min walk then Sheil Road about halfway down is a good spot IMO.

No cost obviously and the 15/20 min walk back after allows for a fair bit of the traffic to clear and then it's a dead quick roll down to edge lane and away for those going out of town.

Don't worry about the areas rep - we've been parking there for the last 10 years and never had any problems at all.

I think it's run by the same people who operate the Goodison car park, as they don't block you in there either.

the club not offering the spaces they did last year, is that a council decision or a club one, if itís the latter itís inexcusable, council need a slap if itís the former

Taking the wife and nephew along for the tour, and to be totally honest, I wouldn't mind having a gander at those 6 trophies!

The car park in Stanley Park on non-match days can be used by anyone, there's no staff.
