Raphael Honigstein and Klopp's previous interviews begs to differ.

But then, the evertonization of the club is growing every day, that it's no wonder some fans accept mediocrity and aren't even envisioning the possibility of an upgrade/improvement.

Perhaps Klopp and FSG have already met, had Ice Cream and strolled the sidewalks.
That sounds like a lovely way to spend the day.

People saying that Klopp wouldnt consider LFC really dont know much about the man. As it stands he'd be struggling with our players as well, we're crippled with a total lack of any firepower.

I reckon - second row, front of the bus, near to the driver.

Mario was meant to be sat there but he moved back to the middle row...

Agreed, but he'd have been sacked by us for being in the bottom 3 for most of the season.

I sure hope so, I`d dread watching one-dimensional counter-attacking football that we don`t even have personnel for anyway. Would rather find some strikers for Rodgers so we can watch some good football next season.
LOL yeah they are very one dimensional at times. Klopps sides I think even at their Bundesliga and CL knockout peak, they haven't been as aesthetically pleasing as a Rodgers Liverpool side of 2013/14. I think its because Rodgers drills the team in intricate passes and breaking between the lines while Simeone and Klopp play a pure counter attacking style. Klopp isn't all roses as much as people will have you believe and he's not even thinking about us imo. He wants a City or a PSG job instead.

Any chance Brendan knows hes safe and has been asked to put Mario in the window? - He ignored him for so long now starts the last two when the manager must want him gone.
If my assistant had not signalled a goal, I would have given a penalty and sent off goalkeeper Patr Cheh. he beeped me to signal the foul. The noise from the crowd  stopped me hearing it, I have been involved at places like Barcelona, Ibrox, Old Trafford, Arsenal, but I've never in my life been involved in such an atmosphere. IT WAS INCREDIBLE

Everyone accepts we are lacking firepower but we still have enough to beat or at least score against WBA and Hull, too many have been convinced by posts and threads on this forum that we are just a goalscorer away from being great again.

he was shafted because of club politics. and selling our best players to pay the mortage. then the fans turned on him and the players stopped believing. kind of whats happening now. he should never have been sacked. no disrespect to brendan either. we needed a striker this year and look who we got. the mans hands are really tied.

#BestTransferWindowEver

I've never agreed with Balotelli or Lambert signings...

Its a shame that we haven't been able to play Can (as a midfielder), Lallana, Manquillo and Markovic enough. I think those 4 if used properly could have really added something to the team.

Can - we could have done with a another powerful runner in midfield and someone who would win back possession higher up....he was needed in the earlier stages of the season but never really got a look in.

Manquillo - the boy can defend, a young arbeloa for me and someone we really should have played more...today playing Can as a right back when you have manquillo on the bench...that just doesn't make sense, Can is not a better right back than Manquillo...but Rodgers wanted to tinker too much and wanted Can to keep running into midfield or something silly and complicated.

Lallana - maybe because of injury but haven't there been times when we've had him sitting on the bench too long when he was the ideal player to come on...WBA last week...should have started today...Everton...I don't think he even made it off the bench...why sign a 23m player and not play him...but why sign him at all when you're not going to play him in the same way Southampton did, in his best position? I don't know what to make of him really...all I know is we haven't seen the best of him for one reason or another.

Markovic - Had really high hopes for him, a truly promising talent, a really clever footballer with good technique and speed...grossly mismanaged, played out of position and has had the confidence ripped out of him...he could have been really special but now I doubt we'll ever see the best of him in a liverpool shirt and he'll probably be shipped off at a loss and perform better elsewhere. I think Rodgers has ruined him. Shame really.

And it's Rodgers fault isn't it? Our strikers and attacking midfielders were brought on his watch. He puts them into a system and a style of play. If they're shite or they play shite when assembled as a team the buck stops with Rodgers.

I`m not talking about the quality of football FFS. We are in the same market with at least 5 teams that could easily snatch players away from us as we`ve seen with Alexis. Imagine if we only had City to deal with here how easier it would have been for us to find players and build top teams.
