I don't think I would be good enough for Masterchef, but fairly sure I would win Come Dine With Me.

Also convinced I would win Big Brother.

Great shout on both the Adventure game and Only Connect

I wouldnt even consider applying for Only Connect its far too difficult. Really enjoyable quiz but difficult.  I dance around the living room if i get a connection before the teams.

Actually its on tonight i think :)

Great Story Zep.  Bloody unlucky to.

I think WGS is dead now so he may not be the best person to appeal to either. :(

WGS is alive and well!

Crystal Maze, Knightmare, Adventure Game are all great shouts. But I think I'd have to go for The Krypton Factor for it's all around challenge. And who wouldn't love a go on that assault course?

Does anyone remember that kids quiz show on BBC, I think at 5:05 or 5:35 weekdays where they played Paperboy?

Sticking with my original choices but adding this.  Fuck yes, loved me some GamesMaster back in the day.  Going to throw Get Your Own Back in there too, only I quite liked everyone so wouldn't have had a teacher to take with me.

Did Gimme 5 have the rooftop go-kart track?  Always wanted a crack at that.

I always like that, when a contestant phrased their answer as a question he always said, “are you asking me, or are you telling?” and they’d say “telling”. I always wanted someone to say “asking you”, just to know what Jim would say. Eventually it did happen, and Jim said, “I can’t tell you.” It was a bit anti-climatic.

Oh, and WTF would some bloke living in Birmingham want with a speed boat?

I think WGS is dead now so he may not be the best person to appeal to either. :(

WGS is alive and well!

No he's still alive and I think Zepp got shafted.  Tierra del Fuego is part Chilean and is on the Atlantic, and Colombia has a Caribbean coastline, not an Atlantic one.

WGS was the exec producer brought in to fix Don't Forget Your Toothbrush after the pilot episode was deemed a disaster by C4, and turned it into the best quiz on telly when it was on.

Fuck me I think we put the Voodoo on the poor fella

RIP Bill :(

Bugger.  We definitely killed him.  Can I mention how much I love Jim Davidson?

Sandi Toksvig is awful on that travesty of a remake. The questions are far too easy.  Give me questions on Greek mythology and Roman Emperors or GTFO.   It's no wonder students emerge from university so ill-prepared for the modern world when they're listening to Sandi ask questions about Geordie Shore on this.

Haha that's right. If there was a question on "who said this quote" it was almost always Oscar Wilde.

As I read this thread I had a message from my mate who went on the show breaking the news too. Never forget.
