Are you posting on iTunes at some future date, or are you archiving on site? I see the podcasts have a limited download period.

Just finished listening to the podcast and it was excellent a really good listen , had a small problem with figuring out which person was speaking at times - but that will come with time .

I'll definitely be downloading it again next week , good stuff .

Episode 2 now available here http://www.theanfieldwrap.com, including a link to iTunes.

This week we have Rory Smith of the Telegraph, Rob Gutmann, Neil Atkinson, Kristian Walsh, Phil Blundell, Gareth Roberts and Jim Boardman.

Worth the download just to hear what Rory has to say about Enrique.

He gets stick because people think they could do what he does; they're naive. They can't. He's very good at his job and a good writer.

As a bloke, he's boss. You can tell that on the podcast.

The Anfield Wrap and Football Weekly on Mondays now. Awesome!

One thing I noticed though, the Anfield Wrap today was about 100MB. By contrast, Football Weekly (the Guardian's football podcast, for those wondering) was about 20MB (it was about 10 minutes shorter). It doesn't make much difference to me (indeed, I like stuff with a high bit-rate) but it might be a bit annoying for somebody downloading it on their phone or has a small data allowance.

35 minutes into today's podcast, and I think he comes over very well.

I think he's amusing on Twitter too.

True, but when your publishing a 60-minute 256kbps Podcast, that's unfortunately what your looking at, may look at it in the future, appreciate the point though.

Yes. There was one stage when myself and Rob forgot where we were momentarily and nearly had our own little conversation whilst someone else was trying to talk.

Erm, sorry about that. It won't happen again.

Fair enough. Just don't see the need for the bitrate to be that high? It's a couple of blokes talking at the end of the day, not Beethoven.  ;D

At first, I was skeptical about having so many people on the show. Thought it would be too many people for anyone to get their point in, but after listening to both episodes I think it works really great. Having only 2 guys can get boring and I will stop listening to it if I always disagree with one of the 2, but this format has a way of keeping people in check and offering a variety of opinions condensed. Smart and entertaining people as well. Rory was good...I have to admit I unfollowed him on Twitter a while ago, but this gave me a better insight into his tone. Keep em comin'.

Just finished listening to it now and again Great job by all involved. Smith comes across sound I must note as I hear a lot of his comments on Tweeter are considered bullshit and nonsense but its easy to if you dont agree with it to say that.

Some funny moments and some good insight to how we did on the weekend.
I would add though, and im not having a go here, that some of the talking over each other had me lose interest at some points, I wasn't sure where the chat was going. Im really not knocking you for that because its a great listen and one I recommend and will recommend but just an observation.
Personally grateful to all of you for taking the time out to do them.
Good work.

As I say, the talking over each other is something we were sort of trying to iron out as we went. It's very easy to totally lose track of where you are and just talk like it's a group of mates who break up in to their own little world.
