Tickets bagged for the preseason, luckiest sale I've ever been a part of tbf. My missus tried on her phone, 9000th in the queue. I tried on mine and straight through and purchased. Seems to be plenty available still.

Probably used all my luck up before the 'proper' members sale/ballot tbf...

Just registered me and my mate for the 10 league home matches (13+). Not seen any announcement about it, but noticed it on the site so tried it and it seemed to work - can see it in my history. Not sure what the point is if 13+ people are guaranteed?

This is on the site now, don't remember getting any notice about it...? FYI, it allows 13+ to register interest for any home league games taking place before January. You can assign interest to F&F as well.

Liverpool FC would like to update supporters on the Official Member ticket sales process for the 2021-22 season.

The club is introducing new registration periods that Official Members must sign up to if they would like to purchase tickets during the Members ticket sales for Premier League home games.

This new approach will provide an enhanced and fairer ticket-buying process than the previous bulk Member ticket sales.

There will be two registration periods taking place within the same season: one in July, for games to be played during the first half of the season; and the second in November, for games to be played from January 1, 2022.

Registrations are open from 11am on Friday July 23 until 8am on Friday July 30.

Following the registration periods, the dedicated Members ticket sales will then take place from the week commencing Monday August 2, with full selling details to be announced next week.

Up to a maximum of four eligible Member Supporter IDs can be registered within the one booking. Adult and junior combined accounts must register as a pair, or on a 2:1 ratio basis.

Supporters must have purchased an Official Membership for 2021-22 before registering.

As previously communicated, games purchased this season will not accrue credits to be used in future seasons. Supporters are encouraged to only purchase tickets for games they plan to attend themselves.

More information and our FAQs are available here.

Disabled supporters – full details are available here.

Members who have recorded 13 or more Premier League home games from either the 2018-19 or 2019-20 seasons will be eligible to register for the following 10 games:

Burnley
Chelsea
Crystal Palace
Manchester City
Brighton & Hove Albion
Arsenal
Southampton
Aston Villa
Newcastle United
Leeds United
Supporters who register will be guaranteed a seat when the ticket sale opens.

Members who recorded between four and 12 Premier League home games from either the 2018-19 or 2019-20 seasons will be eligible to register for the following 10 games:

Chelsea**
Manchester City**
Arsenal**
**Members who register for the above three games will be placed in a ballot alongside other Members who have recorded between four and 12 games.

Burnley
Crystal Palace
Brighton & Hove Albion
Southampton
Aston Villa
Newcastle United
Leeds United
Members who register for the above seven games will be entered into a ballot alongside all other Members who have recorded fewer than 13 games.

Ballot results will be communicated during the week commencing Monday August 2.

Winners of the ballots will be guaranteed a seat when the ticket sale opens.

Members with fewer than four games recorded from either the 2018-19 or 2019-20 seasons will be eligible to register for the following seven games:

Ballot winners will be guaranteed a seat when the ticket sale opens.

Makes no difference when you've got a week. But absolutely no notice is pretty pathetic. As is starting the registration process at the same time the friendlies have gone on sale!

So previously on the first come first served, we'd just try to get in and then box the people who want the tickets.

Whereas with this ballot, it's in our interests to just get absolutely everyone in the group with a membership to apply for the ballots and then transfer tickets to people who can attend?

The ticket sale process was straight forward this morning for the friendlies!!  One thing I noticed which is good, if you close your browser windows and then go back to the ticketing site you don't end up back in the queue, it takes you straight back to the ticketing sale page.

I think so they can calculate the exact amount of available tickets remaining for the ballots for those who aren't guaranteed (some 13+ might take the season off?)

*maybe* it's so they can get a rough idea of how many might be skipping this season to figure out numbers elsewhere?

seems nonsensical otherwise

But you can only do that off the number of tickets sold not a registered interest as people may not buy.

Why not have the option to register for all games (in one go) as well as individual games.

Hoping there's more than 20 minutes on bulk sale day for your ticket. Imagine if there's 4 of you to buy for 40 tickets in 20 minutes

Now that makes sense but worry if its the case as that means a significant reduction in capacity to cause an issue.

Done.

I think this is a great idea. Surely, by doing this in advance, the club will have the ability to only grant access to the sales page to those who have successfully registered?

I may be wrong about that but that's what I'm hoping.

They already have that ability - you can only view todays' pages if you're eligible.

It doesn't stop people randomly queueing unless they're going to change something before then.

Such a silly way to sell the tickets IMO, seen it on the ballots over the last 18months where people are succesful but don't buy then goes down the waiting list which not everyone then buys and then it goes even further down the waiting list, just strings the process out.

First come, first served its all done and dusted in a day, this way it can be a week before its sorted.  Don't know why they have made more work for themselves.

Ballot, winners buy any left go in the late availability sales. dead easy and done in a week.   this way is easier.

You must allocate the Wheelchair User Registration to the wheelchair user, and the PA Registration to the PA.

I have registered them correctly to each - PA  means the carer who goes with me

Has that been communicated if the ballot sale doesn't sell out they go to the late availability sales?
