Do distributed tickets show up as red as opposed to white?
i watched the chelsea game at my sisters. her 12 year old son is severly autistic and i forgot myself and jumped up screaming at the goal and he went nuts. screaming and shouting. scared the fuck out of me. apologised to my sister as i thought id upset him, turns out he was joining in.

The club must have been doing some work on the NFC stuff, my android phone which previously had to be manually updated each game to load the latest ticket details is now doing it automatically each game. Have already got Madrid in my wallet on Google Pay. Well done whoever got it sorted, now can you move onto more pressing matters like our midfield please?

Log in to your account on Chrome browser and download your NFC pass again. No need to delete it first.
Mine's still a blank 'members card'. Tried updating through the browser but no luck. Seen some people say that theirs have updated - i thought it usually on the day or evening before?
My android never updated automatically for previous games this season even after adjusting settings in my phone for ad blockers or whatever as advised by the club.Last week I noticed that my Google pay wallet had updated itself and Brighton was shown and then after that game either Sat evening or Sun it had then updated to Madrid. I’m assuming LFC have been working on it so I can only say find the information the club put out about a month ago about settings in your phone if it’s still not updating itself.

My brother is on his hols so my mate was gonna come to the match with me. He distributed the ticket to her a couple of days ago. Worked fine. But now she’s missed her flight (some of you will know this person and be unsurprised by this 😂). Can he recall the ticket and distribute it to someone else instead or is that it? I’ve had a quick look but can’t find anything. I assume it’s fine to do this? Cheers all.
Yes you can definitely recall it and then redistribute it to someone else in the same way that you did it in the 1st place.

The queues on the Kop last night seemed comparable to what we used to have a few years ago on mid-week games, so it looks like the new system has settled down now. Or maybe people are still arriving much earlier than they used to? I had a 7-minute wait on the D turnstiles at 19:35. The earlier League Cup 19:45 kick-off will be a challenge.There were still a handful of people being rejected, two of whom said they'd not had problems previously using the same phone and the correct match was showing on their devices. Hope they managed to get in in time.
Can you load two passes onto one phone? I'm going the game tomorrow, they're local tickets, and might have to take my Dad and he's got a Samsung that's as old as the hills now and I cba explaining what google pay is so thinking I'd just put the two on my phone.
Yes you can.I had my ticket and my son's ticket on my phone the other night, as his phone was playing up, and just wouldn't download the ticket.He forwarded the email from the club to me, and I just dowloaded it onto my iPhone.
Just got a last minute ticket for today’s game but can’t seem to update it on my members pass. I have tried removing and re downloading the pass, refreshing etc. but no joy. On an iPhone. Anyone have any ideas?
Think it says no in the FAQs but check. Mine changes every few seconds if I watch it. It's not a barcode

I’ve had a ticket sent to me by a friend and I can no longer make the game due to covid. Does anybody know if I can forward the email sent from LFC on to my sister for her to use? Or would the ticket need to be redistributed by the ST holder? Thanks
Thanks to the fella behind me in the queue yesterday. Had a few scoops before the game & reckon I’d still be outside now had he not swiped it for me. Refreshed my phone last night & it’s saying the next game is Leicester in my wallet, despite the next game when you login being Newcastle. Anybody else got this?
