If you have a VPN you could always get a Belgian IP and watch on https://sporza.be/nl/

Or a UK one if its on UK TV?

Off to watch some pro racing around Hamilton square tonight. Going straight after work, will miss the women's race, but the men start later.

Apparently he took his hand off the bars to blow his nose and crashed into a house.

I don't quite know why he had to take his hands off to blow his nose (he must be well more polite about these things than I am), and I also don't know why he did it in a place where he could crash like that. 30mph isn't actually that fast for a pro. But in cycling, crashes can come very quick.

Not seen any or heard of any. By all accounts it was horridic and left two riders shaken.

Yep, would agree with that. This year might be a bit early, but if it goes like the giro, why not.

Right what's going on here. Letour website has the final 500m of stage 1 as uphill, to my calculations as 5%. B365 have some of the following as odds for this stage

Sagan 9/2 (11/2 on sky); wva 40/1; gva 250/1

Needless to say I have bets on those 3 at those odds, ew for wva and gva

I was hoping for a second win for G,but having followed QuickStep for a number of years  I was leaning towards a first French victory for a number of years.

Not sure what I think about Bernal to be truthful ...

Last stages of Paris-Nice cancelled, and the Giro postponed. Wonder if we'll be over it in time for the Tour?

Tour with no fans...

No chance of that TDF with no fans will be impossible to police especially in the rural & mountain areas, TDF will either be on with fans present or cancelled.

Fair enough, but doesnt take much to work out a TDF with no spectators present is going to be impossible to police especially as stages are 160 to 200 kms average in length, one stage is scheduled to take 218 kms, the TDF will either be on or cancelled

Link for Sporza is https://sporza.be/nl/ might need a VPN though.

It's live on GCN racing, at least in the UK. Sporza might have put restriction on for Belgium.

I dunno. It just makes me miss the real classics more. :(

Probably end up getting cancelled to be honest. Not exactly a large window in which to fit the grand tours because of weather.
