Well scousepaw leaving kicked off a mini managerial merry go round, giving me the opportunity to take over Liverpool. I presented an 180 page dossier, outlining my vision for the future success of the club, and my application was accepted.
We're mired in the relegation zone at the mo, it'll be a long road but i feel we can turn things round in the half a season or so left and ensure survival.
It was hard to leave Shaktar though, we'd been through a short but relatively sweet time together, taking them from Divison 2 to the top flight on first asking, and i feel im leaving time in a pretty healthy position, mid table with a good core of hardworking players. I'll remember fondly the good times, the promotion to the top flight on the final day, the giant killing of the Barca's and the utd's, and the recent hammering of the mighty Real Madrid. It was just the lure of a bigger club was too hard to resist
In short, Shaktar are available for anyone to take over
