Go on might as well give away Landry to Giants so he’s with his best mate Beckham.

He`s your only difference maker.

The Eagles received 1st and 4th round picks for Sam Bradford.

The 1st got Derek Barnett.

A 4th got Jay Ajayi.

Ridiculous!

Meanwhile Ezekiel Elliott's ban has been reinstated by the district court, cue NFLPA going to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which has jurisdiction over appeals from the district courts.

Eagles blatantly see this season as a massive opportunity for the super bowl seeing as so many other top teams are struggling. Fantastic acquisition it must be said.

Feels like the Elliott situation is never going to be resolved.

This wouldn't be hanging over him had he taken the 6 game ban at the start of the season, however the case is a right mess, never got to a criminal court because of inconsistent evidence from the accuser, but NFL decide to act & ban him effectively on grounds that of probability.

Kelvin Benjamin has been traded to Buffalo. Good move from the Bills, Tyrod Taylor had nobody good to throw the ball to.

Bungles QB, AJ McCarron almost traded to the Browns but deal fell through as Browns didn't send trade information to the NFL in time.

the two teams appeared to agree to a deal at 3:55 p.m. ET, five minutes before the deadline, but were not able to finalize it before the deadline passed. The Bengals sent the trade information to the NFL, while the Browns did not. The Browns argued to the league that the trade should still be allowed, but the NFL declined their request.

My betting consortium (there are 5 of us) long-list ACCA came up thanks to the Chiefs. We correctly picked all the winners by consensus. Total winnings Ł90!

By comparison, if the Panthers had won last week we would have come in with Ł1000. Oh well.

So reading about Ajayi, I've heard his knees are not great hence why he was given so many rest days in the weeks. We know about his poor attitude lack of knowledge and his arguments with the staff, got roasted by Gase after the Ravens game no wonder this all lead to his trade.

If he's not buying into the team culture or doing what the coaches want or if he's thinking of himself rather than the team (moaning about his carries in games where he's missed blocks or fucked up his assignments) or if the medical staff think his knees are fucked, are there still no reasons to trade him?

For 750k a year, with that talent, no.

They got weaker, got a low draft pick and can't replace him without paying through the nose.

So it's fine to let undisciplined players get away with fucking about, and that's going to have no detrimental effects on team culture or overall morale or performance. Got it.

You reckon world class players aren't bigger than coaches?

In terms of fame and reputation, of course they are. Within a team, they can't be. That was always one of Ferguson's key rules. It was why he got rid of Beckham when he did. Urban Meyer says that the organisation's culture is the most important thing, that adherence to the culture is a requirement rather than an expectation and that "if you permit it, you promote it". Bill Belichick has a similar principle.

A coach has to believe this and, more importantly, enforce it - either you play along or you are gone. The minute they don't, their authority is gone and they are sunk.

Rapaport: The #Colts have made a decision: QB Andrew Luck is going on Injured Reserve. His 2017 is over before it began.

Omnishambles. Everyone involved in the medical evaluation of his injury should be fired. They basically broke their franchise QB.

As if this shitty season could get any shittier. Now there's approximately zero exciting players left to watch.

Complete and utter fuck up, but surely they are better off waiting until the draft rather than wasting picks on someone who does not look anywhere near good enough.

So might turn out ok in the end...

Raiders-Dolphins game should be interesting: a team who can`t defend against a team who cant score. This ends 33-36. Or 3-0.
