Was just about to start my banner today, then realised it’s already out there haha

Will wash the material today and think again on wording

Got all the felt etc and am following Imperator’s instructions

GRANDEUR

With six stars and liverbird in the centre

Flag itself is red and white stripe (think Austria)

Old flag actually made in Liverpool so like to do it some sort of justice

Edit - gone off it myself when contemplating! Suggestions welcome

Which means
“Crazy Reds”
Or maybe “Rouges Dingues” to be really European.

Have laid it all out and it looks ok I reckon to my eye!

Hopefully get it done this week and then to find someone who can sew it!

Well it’s Finished

All stitched in place. Quite pleased with it. Not anywhere near the quality of work of the likes of Imperator but a reasonable first effort

Will hopefully take it to Qatar next week

Had this in my mind for a while now. Finally found some time to work it out. The 'Guide in flagmaking etc...' topic helped me quite a bit in finding the right materials so thanks for that. I only hope the paint will be able to cope with any rain..

Lovely idea but be careful, that 'dropped T' is one of the most heavily copyrighted pieces of typology thanks to the success of the 4 boys from Liverpool who shook the world.

Can't see that being an issue as it is not being used for commercial purposes. The font is freely downloadable.
