Right, that was the final straw. E-season cancelled and protest note sent. For all the good it'll do.

Dont be too harsh on LfcTV. They have to be the ones pretending that everything is roses and that Rafa leaving was a good idea whatever their staff may think. Besides, its the fans who decide the legends, not the club.

'Our Rafa'

http://www.footylounge.com/films//milankakabaros/our-rafa-tribute-to-rafa-benitez-video_97478ac70.html

oh MKB man, more tears. thanks.

G & H YOU FUCKING c*nts - LOOK WHAT YOU'VE JUST DISCARDED LIKE YESTERDAY'S RUBBISH!!

can't believe I'm never gonna hear Anfield sing 'Rafa, Rafael' to him again. always loved how he acknowledged it even though he was deeply immersed in the game and the occasional glimpse of him joining in singing YNWA is an image that will stay with me forever.

Rafa, he made the people happy.

 :'(

Has Steven Gerrard scored a goal even more important than the one he got against Olympiakos - Is this the start of something BIG?

I reserve the right to be harsh on .tv. I'm sure the happy-go-lucky buy-a-ringtone fly-with-Thomas-Cook stuff has been bugging others, too. But this is beyond the pale, and that's not supposed to be a humourous reference to the SAF/Allardyce connection. Even the Rafa era photo "news" items they had on Friday (I think) seemed like the obituaries that have been sitting in the drawer for years being whipped out. It's all just too glib.

As someone else mentioned pictures from the press conference and mentioning the "infamous RANT" proved what wankers are in charge there. I will never log on to the official website again.
The man made us great again, he made us fearless, he made us confused at times, he made us proud, he made us grin smugly when he pissed over media agendas against us, he made us believe!
I will miss every goal we score next season when we see our new manager jumping up and down and just wish it was Rafa displaying his ultimate coolness. Slight wink, thumbs up.
Chris Bascombe talking about his coldness to his players, after Torres' hat trick, he wrote "Keep Working". Obviously in jest but Basctard using it as another stick to beat him, player power.

Some great pics and emotional memories there. Legend. So sad to see him go. Without the prospect of Champions League next season I thought it would've been the perfect season to have a right proper good go at the league but the clueless c**ts as usual think they know better. They know f**k all. Hope once they've finally gone and Rafa has won everything with Inter he comes back for the Rafalution Part II.

Random thought about how the next two years could pan out: Rafa goes to Inter, winning the Italian league, giving him the Spanish and Italian Leagues. Mourinho goes to Madrid, fails to dethrone Barca, leaving him with the Italian and English leagues. That summer new owners reappoint Rafa as manager, meaning the race is on to achieve Mourinho's dream of becoming the first man to win leagues in England, Italy and Spain. Rafa wins the league with Liverpool and Mourinho fails with Madrid again. Rafa beats Mourinho to another dream of his.

It's a long shot but Rafa's pulled off bigger miracles...

It's not about the football. It's about the 'clicking'. 'We' clicked. Heart to heart.

Seems like losing a long, long time friend. A father figure.

We've lost someone who was 'ours'.

I just had to add to this thread.  I have never been so affected by a Manager leaving, I honestly cannot understand the mentality of 'those in charge' if they seriously think this is going to improve the clubl.  Rafa connected with us and vice versa, I am so saddened about the whole situation, his signing for Inter was like the last nail in the coffin.  I really, really hope he will return one day....

Rafa, thank you for all you did in the time you were here, you were always a gentleman and have been very badly treated by the club, but always remember you will never be forgotten and of course once you have belonged to Liverpool FC you will never walk alone....  :'(

“I’ll always keep in my heart the good times I’ve had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager.Thank you so much once more and always remember: You’ll never walk alone.”

I really can't think about next season, everything just feels so crap. The thought of seeing what he did be dismantled makes me so sad.
It looks to me as if we have signed another 'average' player. I'll hold back my complete opinion until I see the lad play
