"I find it curious that you see the line up, prepare the interview and then ask the questions you ask" :lmao
He has a very good point.  Those asking the questions are allegedly professional sports journalists.

Not a great reflection on Joe's fitness levels, hopefully he's not starting out of precaution and he'll get over the knock quickly.

Regardless of the starting XI, we have to work harder and bring more intensity and focus to our game. If we do, we will sweep them aside.

Darwin and Mo to share the goals again.

COMON U REDMEN!!!

He means a very specific injury...that specific player hasn't got injured yet.
Yeah, he was clearly referencing Adrian when he said that.  No need to panic!

He's right though, they ask such dumb and obvious questions. Like "How important is it to kick the ball into the net?"

I dare someone to ask him that question.

On the plus side picking Elliot over Henderson as an 8 is a progressive step.
Henderson and Fab should be battling for one spot vs most teams

Pre season interview on sky sports

He said we’ll only sign someone if someone gets injured…?
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

I didn't watch either, except our game against Preston, but is it correct that VDG was viewed to have performed better in the Championship last year?

With the tumultuous week of injuries hampered prep, I suppose the logic is it's not the idea time for a full debut for VDB even if it's a little short termist

It's going a bit unsaid, but you've got to imagine Hendo is pissed off. When this happens in other big games (including a couple in the CL with five man benches) he came into the game and used that aggression brilliantly and helped us over the line. Fingers crossed for something similar

Carrying a knock apparently. Still doesn't make sense leaving out Keita and Henderson though.
how about trust in the manager and his staff who know what's happening behind the scenes. You would have thought they deserve that after what they've done over the last seven years
However if something serious happens to them I will eat my own cock.
