Knew that bet was down 5 minutes into the match.

Was only a tenner and was nice to see Cross’s immense performance.

Very tempted to have a big bet on three billboards outside of ebbig missouri best picture at the oscars. A film that contains themes of strong female leadership and sexual assault in a year dominated by weinsteins wrong doings? Cmon now 11/10 365. Do your own research of course but thats probably gonna be a bet for me

Shape Of Water has all the hype right now because it got the most nominations, but I agree Three Billboards would be my favourite. It won the Golden Globe and SAG recently (not always a guarantee the Oscars will follow suit, but it's encouraging). Lady Bird at 10's is pretty tempting as well.

Lots of nice prices around for England game:

Any England player to score more than 2 tries @ 4/1

Farrell anytime try @ 9/2

England win, Farrell over 11.5 points, May & Watson 3+ tries between them @ 7/1

Farrell to score a try & not miss a pen or con @ 14/1

Little bit left field this one and I'm a million miles from being an expert but...

2017 double World Champion Ski jumper Stefan Kraft is competing in his first Winter Olympics and is 25/1 (Bet365) to win the Men's Normal Hill tomorrow.  He is also 20/1 to win the large Hill event later in the week.

What I heard in qualifying was the pundits saying he hasn't really been on the best of form since winning his golds in both events last year but I'd argue that he's waiting for the biggest prize of all.

Incidentally, Kraft also hold the world record for longest Ski Flying jump. (253.5m)

Wish I could do him EW but its win only. Couple of quid on each event and someone to cheer on tomorrow afternoon during the Normal Hill Medal run :)

Couldn't you just split stakes with the podium finish market? 6/1 for both.

Just not good enough really from Kraft. Ah well.

Looks like that's been his year all over according to the commentator.  Probably been on the piss since he won the World Gold in 2017 :)

Think I'll have a go on the Norwegian lad with the RAF moustache for the big hill next Saturday.

He’s actually called Robert Johansson

Forgot to put the bet on and he has just finished 1st in qualifying

Others probably holding back but Johansson’s price will drop now.

edit: Johansson was too short so gone for Stefan Kraft to win at 40/1 Podium at 12/1 and lead after first jump at 33/1.  Come on Kraft lad!!

Last bet of the Winter Olympics for me and sports I know less than nothing about.   Safe to say I haven't had a winner yet but the stakes have only been small and for fun really.

France to win the Mens 4x7.5km Biathlon relay. Got 4/1 with an odds boost from Laddies.

Norway are favourites but the French and their talisman Martin Foucarde have been great every-time I've watched them during this Olympics.

edit: Penalty loop for France. Dear god I am shit at this :)

I'm not a regular gambler and certainly not much of a tipper.. But i'm absolutely piling into Serena Williams to beat Ashleigh Barty today in the French Open.

If it wasn't for Serena just coming back from giving birth she would be about a 1/10 shot here - she is instead 6/5.

Whilst the above is a good reason for those odds, she looked decent in her first round match and Barty is hardly renowned for pulling up trees. This is only the second time she's made it to the 2nd round in the French Open (knocked out in the 1st round on her other three visits), and has fitness concerns of her own after retiring in her last tournament. She is 11-11 on clay in main draw single matches.

Well played mate, I followed on this, just small stakes but a win's a win. Great price.
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.

Was regretting it in the first set when Barty was by far the better player, but then I doubled down when Williams broke back in the 2nd set. You could see the momentum change - Serena had the bit between her teeth and Barty got tense.

Around 4.1 on Betfair. She touched around 6.6 when a set and a break down.

Federer is 20/1 to win Wimbledon without dropping a set on Sky Bet.

I don't think he'll do that back to back at his age, but that's still a generous price given the lack of genuine grass court competition at the moment. I hopped on Nadal to do the same at the French Open at 8/1 and only a stupidly dropped set to Schwartzman let it down.

So far so good.

I'm on Richie Porte to win the Tour De France at 13/2.   Chris Froome is obviously favourite but no rider has won the Giro d'Italia and TDF in the same year since Pantani in 1998, and he was almost definitely full of EPO when he did it.  (RIP Marco).

Also got a few quid on Romaine Bardet to win the King of The Mountains at 45/1.  A bit on him to win it overall at 18/1

TdF Stage 4 - Another sprint finish expected today and the usual suspects will no doubt be involved.

Gaviria is favourite but I'm sticking with Peter Sagan at 13/2

Couple of quid on longer priced Matthews and Kristoff just in case there is carnage on the run-in and they get a chance.

Great Hill in Courchevel for ladys giant slalom (e:bordering Super-G) race in an hour. Heart says big strong Petra Vlhova would benefit from this steep course.

Victoria Bebensburg also with physical advantage here to make podium (fall permiting) and very likeable Federica Brignone wanting to make a first mark on this not so happy season so far. And Biathol is later tonight. Then back to the real thing. What a Friday not just for crazy punters
