Interesting point made by somebody on the BBC website. I'm not sure Willey would have been as effective as he's not as quick but would certainly have added variety:

Starc, Amir, Shaheen, Behrendorff and the rest. All these left arm fast bowlers picking up wickets for fun, and England leave theirs at home for a spinner that won't even play a game. Despite him being a key player in this team for years...

Problem is SA sucked from the very first game, so it was either watch it all or turn off after the first 10 overs.

Plus I hardly get to watch any cricket here in the US, so it's a feast or famine situation.
