Matic being too slow and gets away with it because Bakayoko's dive/exaggaration was quite pathetic

Two wrongs don't make a right so it's perfectly fine not to give it when the player decides to dive. I'd be more inclined to stay penalty had Bakayoko stayed on his feet.
