Gurney and Ball did a great job to get Notts an extra batting point. They put on 27 for the final wicket. Broad has just removed Adams in his first over. Amla is the big wicket.

Bairstow, opening Yorkshire’s second innings, equals the side’s first innings score in just 42 balls and is then bowled by Siddle (for 50). But the Tykes are back in it!

Siddle was great for us when he had a stint at Trent Bridge. As was Pattinson last year, that lad can bowl. Thank god the Aussies can hardly ever get him on the field.

Fletcher gets Vince! We've got them wobbling, need to apply a knockout blow.

Yep, north Notts through and through. Don't really say 'me duck' but just 'duck' is definitely very commonplace.

Amla is absolutely top quality. We've got Broad, Ball, Gurney and Fletcher playing and he's making them look like pub bowlers. We're doing a decent job of getting the others out for not many though.

And also having Ben Coad to open the bowling. Last season he showed immense promise. This year he’s started like a train. The county should enjoy him while it lasts because very soon he’ll be bowling for England.

Didn't watch it. Just followed the score. My boss is from Colchester and was pissed right off. Though that might just be because he's from Essex.

Lost our first game of the season unfortunately but it was to a quality Kent side so no shame in that. We're plucky little fighters on a minuscule budget, we'll rise again.

Davies and Jennings opening. Davies has always been a keeper but hasn’t kept in the last couple of games but seems to have been converted into an opener instead.
