Welcome to RAWK's second ever restrictionless all-time football draft (the last one was 7 years ago!). Each drafter was tasked with building a team in their own image by picking their choice of any players to have ever played football.

Please judge the following matches on which team you believe would win in a 90 minute game of football, rather than on individuals -

Same apart from XabiArt over the King. Was really loving both teams though until I noticed they’re both in my group. I’m fucked!

The other half of my arrow for Sammer didn't copy over so we're only getting half of his awesomeness on display. No wonder Chakan's winning this one.

Santos and Gerets bombing forward will kill you though as you'r wide areas is exposed bigly. I mean you're team is too packed in the middle.

Once heard that 86% of all goals conceded with the central zones 14 yards in.

Wide areas are conceded... but are they clinical enough and do they have the desire of Cannavaro, Bonucci, Silva & Samuel to defend?

Group winners automatically go through and then all but one runner goes into a play-off. Brutal.

If only your team had a midfield or any midfielders for that matter. It appears you're playing Pulis style hoofball. I suppose this answers an age old question, would Marco Van Basten be one of the greatest goalscorers ever on a cold wet night in Stoke.

I went with Xxavi in the end, despite a weaker central defence. Just think his midfield is superior, and then you’ve got Messi as well.

Hoofball? Quoi? Get it to my attacking 5 as quickly as possible on the counter is NOT hoofball.

And pulling out Pulis and calling my MF non-existent is a nice piece of gamesmanship, but not at all accurate. Absorbing pressure and going to goal with some of the world's best players looks much different than an evening in Stoke.

As far as MVB, hell of a player. We would be lucky to stop him, but my back 5 do not get forward often --- so I am rooting for frustration. And I want your marking backs to get as high as possible, so please attack the flanks!

Bobby, my midfield pisses over your midfield though. I have 3 legends in attack, they'll break any defense, midfield has a better control.

My defense is perhaps not as good but still a bit underrated. The Butcher and Nadal were hard men, and good defenders, and Cafu is solid both in attack and defense. Buffon behind.

Always loved the mad bastard. What a player and can hold his own with any of the legends. Got him playing alongside another mad bastard in Hagi but what a midfield 2 with a solid dcm in Dunga to allow them to cause havoc with Hidegkuti, Mazzola and Rivellino
